I.e when you mentioned not being such a people pleaser and also making choices for yourself. I recognise that in myself that I will often go with the flow of what others want at the cost of my own needs. You have really inspired me thank you ❤

ОтветитьIt’s crazy cause I’ve been wanting to start this for so long and I think that it will really speed up my improvement in aerial silks… so it’s so cool that you mentioned that in the last 2 minutes that you had started doing silks through this challenge. I have bad insomnia and I'm a chronic quitter and I'm incredibly lazy. I know this challenge will kick me in the butt but I'm posting progress videos on tiktok starting today to keep me accountable!!

ОтветитьI’m considering it. My cousin shared with me the 75 soft challenge which is a little less restrictive but I’m still leaning towards 75 hard because I am someone who struggles with consistency and I agree with so much of what you shared.

ОтветитьI've passed the halfway mark in this challenge and I feel like this is just my normal routine now. I feel great physically and mentally, my energy levels are off the charts and my hair and skin are glowing.
Don't get me wrong, this was hard AF in the beginning. I had trouble smashing so much water but my body eventually got on board 😅 the second workout was hard to stay motivated to get done, but now I relish moving my body again after a work day spent sitting.
Honestly, the benefits have been so great, I might just keep going after I hit day 75.
I was invited to join 75 hard - but I knew I couldn’t comprise myself to such challenge. One day, I’ll do it throughout & will be damn proud ✨😮💨

2-One of those workouts has to be outside
3- Pick a specific diet
4- No alcohol or cheat meals
5- Drink 1 gallon of water/ day
6- Read 10-pages of a non fiction book/day
7- Take 1 progress photo daily throughout the challenge

The practice in mental discipline is exactly what I need and I hard-core relate to basing my own decisions and actions on what my partner/ friends want to do, etc, so I appreciate the book recommendation. It's badass that you completed the challenge and can inspire others to do the same!

Ответитьdang, ive been unintentionally doing most of this challenge every single day--for the past 3 years! the only thing i dont do is drink a gallon of water a day; i find that unnecessary. i drink as much as i need based on the weather and my physical activity. my diet is no sugar/no processed foods/no grains. so coooool haha!
ОтветитьOne thing that really helped me with drinking more water was adding a lemon to the galon. Just by adding that citric flavor you are able to drink it a lot easier!
