Nice so it's possible to get performance without losing visual quality. I don't use whole lot of mods at least not for fallout 4. Let's hope next gen update which is due this year can bring much needed improvements to game. Lucky for all of us who like fallout 4 it's gonna be free.

Portable junk recycler and salvage beacons! Two tiny mods make things SOOOOO much better.

Also if any console players are having crashes in the cities, try the less enemies in Boston mod. I’m able to actually go near/in the cities now for the first time in like 5 years.

The PRP was probably my biggest disappointment. Many mods I use conflict with it and cause big problems. Especially with the lighting in buildings and dungeons. The Boston Fix also disappointed me. I had cleaned up and built the settlements and when I put it on most of the bushes and junk came back. Better without him. The satellite map also had a problem. It was constantly shifting, so the icons didn't match the map, the top part of which was completely hidden, and there was a blank space below. I haven't tried the config tool, the enb preset and the radio. I also use the other mods and they work perfectly!

How are you getting such good results ? i'm running a i7 8700 and a RTX 3070 with 16gb RAM. Ive currently got installed:

not matter what ENB i run im not getting that great results around 60fps but it keeps dipping lower than that. Ive disabled Vsync within the files of Ipresent to = 0. and also changed the vsync to off in the NVIDIA control panel. Why is it acting like this.

ive tried:

vogue
Decent and decent+
reactor
Ghost

and they all give me the same performance issues, there isnt any bottlenecking happening to my system, so i dont know what is wrong.
