People ask "Do i need to eat less to lose weight?"

The answer is "no." Frankly, you need to eat more food in fewer calories if you want to lose weight, especially if you have a lot of weight to lose. Eating less works if all you need to lose is 5 or 10 lbs. You can't lose 30 lbs or more of fat by just eating less. You can't lose a good amount of weight if you're hungry.

So let's smash this one common misconception that comes out in weight loss, and that is "I need to eat less to lose weight."
