ОтветитьWhen I found out Im expecting I was sad that I couldn't do my intense workouts anymore but with your workouts I don't miss it too much lol thank you I feel so good
ОтветитьThis will be perfect for after I go for a 30-60 minute walk. I’ll do this at the end. Today I did it with the dance cardio workout to try some new workouts. I think it’s too short on it’s own but that might be a good thing in the third trimester!

Then I saw this video and thought to myself, “Okay, stand up and put the mat down, you can move for 12 minutes with Jessica.” Turned my brain off and got it done 💪 Thank you so much!
