Now the bottle says to take the 3 capsules all at once. I wonder if that makes a difference?

Thanks for the review! I've noticed a big difference in brain fog in the mornings when I don't take my turmeric capsules the night before. I'll have to try these. i can't swallow pills so i just dump out 3 capsules into my water and it legit tastes great...i get sad when i finish my water every morning

Make sure you take them with caffeine, (tea or coffee), caffeine activates the lion's mane.

My bottle said to either take them 3 at one time or 1 pill 3x a day 2 min before a meal. I notice the best results when I take 3 first thing in the morning. I’ve taken 1 3x a day and prefer thr 3 at a time.

The newer labeling for Genius Mushrooms now lists the inclusion of mycellium along with fruiting body for Reishi and Lion's Mane, and does not list Polysaccharides or any Glucan. This may indicate a less effective product now. Cordyceps is all mycelium.

Yes same here on a empty stomach. With my coffee each morning . It did take about 🤔7 days to adjust regarding the memory and focus clarity feeling with the coffee is a amazing way to start your day especially if your into working out especially yoga or just active life it’s great product 5 !

should I stop drinking coffee when taking these? I just got them delivered today from AMZN.

If you forget to take the pills while on the pills then that really creates a conflict against the purpose

Walmart has this in generic Spring valley name brand- much cheaper and 30 pills.

I take this along with alpha Brain and something called nuvomed brain fog. I've taken all of them separately and alone and had varying results but I now take them all together and I can tell you I'm on fire from 6:00 in the morning till 5:00 p.m. I'm not sure what the reason is they work so well together for me but my job requires me to be on point
