How does this work in practice? Even as a business owner, if you make more than around £50k in salary a year in the UK, you have to pay 45% tax on it. So how can this be reduced to 0% like this guy says? Seems like pure fantasy or just doesn't work in the UK.

This video doesn't teach you the HOW, also there are a lot of assumptions about who pays how much taxes which may not be true. Clinton doesn't pay 60% tax rate because even though she has a law degree, she is not an attorney working for a law firm as her only source of income. Her income comes from other sources and you must be stupid to think she pays 60% tax rate. Don't ya think with hundreds of millions she doesn't know to pay as little taxes as possible? Same for Mr. Obama.
