One suggestion: How about exchanging the water drinking technique with the sound of you scratching your nails agains a blackboard? Would definately please my ears a bit more. Other than that, you've got some good points, just like in your book, that many other coaches in this field completely neglect - mainly because they are not in their masculine themselves and don't understand women very well. I can not understate the importance of masculine, mature behavior with a good touch of humor, confidence and playfulness. Being more calm, loose, non ego-centric and situationally aware has been crucial for me as several women, who seemed to dislike me before, now show a lot of signs of respect and attraction towards me.

I just want to point out that this advice only applies if you've done the other things Corey mentions in 3% man.

If your woman is usually unhappy, stressed out and insecure, you may have skipped his advice to only date women who are fun, easy going and confident.

Having been with the stressed out, unhappy, insecure girl, the playful James bond routine will set her off almost constantly. If you notice that she wants everything to be serious all the time and there is almost no playfulness, move on. It isn't that you're doing anything wrong - it's that she is the wrong girl.

I guess Corey did show off his asshole free cup, which kinda applies in this case!

It took me 5 years to make the philosophy the book teaches my own. After years of trying and searching and watching Corey's videos, reading his book, and listening to the audiobook multiple times, I can confidently say I feel like a 3% man.
