I'm an insomniac and listen to a lot of different soundscapes, but the past few weeks I've been here. And thank you, because even when I can't sleep I'm in a meditative trance where I'm at least half asleep. This relaxes me. Makes me feel like I'm on the river.

I love this music and made my son go to sleep quicker than normally and he plays football so he's normally tired and so active at night but this time he went to sleep in 5 minutes to 10 minutes and I was surprised when I walked in the room I was like son you went to sleep so quickthat's what I would have said if he wasn't knocked out this music is great I just love it and I'mma make him listen to it all night

Adore the sound of rain, with gurgling of the stream, but what really fascinates me is the flow of the water; it drifts away downstream to a landscape that seems even more beautiful, green & mysterious. Most other vids of water flow ‘to the viewer’, but this image flows away. I actually like this better because when meditating, the negative thoughts can float away, literally.

I am going through one of the worst experiences in my life right now.
