ОтветитьNever ever cook fatty meat in air fryers,I did this recipe for the first time in my year old nice clean airfryer,absolute nightmare,the fat that splashed all over the fan and element is now permanently stuck there and stinks disgusting,and you cannot clean it off its impossible,I will never cook any kind of meat in my air fryer again they are just not designed for it no matter what anyone says,take it from me do not cook meat in an airfryer unless it's a reduced fat version which won't leak lots of fat

ОтветитьFor thighs you want the temp to get to 180. Let them cook until they get to 175 pull them out to rest and the carryover temp will finish them off. The higher temp dissolves the connective tissue in the thigh and makes it more juicy and tender.

ОтветитьTotally love this recipe! Thank you so much for sharing. Not too familiar cooking thighs but it turned out good even though I exceeded the 165 temp. My thighs were pretty big so ended up unfolding them🤔and cooking the first 2 for 15 mins and the second 2 for 10 mins. Look forward to making this again!

ОтветитьThis was so delicious. I think I added too much paprika, or maybe the multi-hour brine I did prior to air frying made the chicken overseasoned. Either way, I couldn't believe my cheap little air fryer turned out better chicken thighs than I ever could on the stove or in the oven. Nice recipe, tysm!
