Sir, I am from Pakistan. I am 42 years old. I am feeling pain after discharge from last 8 to 10 day. It is also while taking urion. This pain remain from 10 to 15 mints. Main point of pain is tope of penis. Plz guide me in this regard

Hello ma, I have penile discharge that is colorless. I had completed 2 sessions of ciproflaxin 500mg and blood and urinalysis test with MCS. But no infection was detected. Unfortunately, my general symptoms have reduced but the colorless discharge stil persist with few itching. Please help with way forward. Should I be worried 😟? Though, the doctor suggested the discharge could be semen but I have not revisited doctors after the test came clean and the symptoms reduced significantly but the continuous colorless discharge is of concern with little itching
