Hi doc, ask ko lang po mahirap na po kasi maghanap ng alcohol sa groceries store whats the best alternative sa alcohol that we can use if we are outside of our house? Kasi po its not possible na maghand wash kami kapag we are outside of our house. What is the best hand disinfectant a homemade para sa mga tao cant buy wipes, sanitizers. I prefer using SOAP & WATER for 20 secs then use alcohol after. 😂 Magbibilang ako ng 20 secs slowly! As in slowly. Hahahah. Like 1......2.......3......4 and sooo on! 😂
