Yan makes in-fight adjustments so late, that is what arguably cost him the title. He should have realised before r3 that Aljo wasn't gassing out and should have changed his approach with like the 10th stuffed takedown.

U can ez counter low kicks with a front mid kick or 1 jab..but in there adrenalin make decisions.
