Photography might NOT be the Best Way to Document Your Life

Liked your short family video. I heard that home movies used to be four minutes long. You certainly succeeded in recording a special family memory to enjoy in the future.

I think that this is a very good idea! We have recently become parents and I shot a lot of clips but have edited maybe 10% or less. Taking short clips and edit them right away sounds like a good strategy do get done with it, instead of laying more and more clips to your pile. Tack Micael!

Meh...still prefer the nostalgic feeling I get from photographs. I don't want to watch my life again. I want an evocative fragment of frozen time that makes me remember (and maybe fantasize about) what it meant to be right then and right there. Plus: it's much faster to take and doesn't make you look like a moron filming himself all the time.

What if, instead of a big clunky camera, I just take out my smartphone?

Thanks for this video! I just returned a GoPro camera than I just bought because I didn't really know how to create travel video content. I think I will get it again and used your tricks. Shorter clips and some music will help me! thanks
