The people that 'owned' Bailey in his last life towards the end just before finding Ethan, I liked the chick. But her man? He needs a swift ball kicking for just abandoning the pup in a trainyard. He needs to be abandoned at a trash dump by his GF/wife or whatever she was to him.

This movie is a masterpiece..

The fact his dog came back to see his owner again makes me cry every time 😭😭

The best part is he never tries to understand or grasp how. He just accepts it as truth.

I knew that from the beginning I was gonna ugly cry my heart was hurting several times in this movie but thankfully it had an amazing ending

I really love how ethan doesnt need anything more than that moment between them. Deep down he just knows it. In the next film whens hes old and talking about it to cj he just says 'i dont know how' and i love that just because it means he needed nothing more than that, to know that his best friend was back with him

I held it together the entire film.
I cracked numerous times but i didnt cry not once.
But once he got the Bailey collar at the very end...
The waterworks wouldnt stop.

Terrific movie with tons of powerful and emotional scenes. I only wish they didn't abuse one of the dogs during the making of the movie.

How Dennis Quaid kept his composure in this scene is a testament to how great of an actor he really is.

Nothing last forever, just enjoy it while you can, This movie showed he thought he was better off alone, but everything just happened, it fell into place, everyone doesn't have a disney moment or a movie moment, but you know where you should be.

My god, this film had me absolutely bibbing to pieces at the end. I've never been so really touched by any film. A dog lover especially understands. My dog is also called Bailey because of this film ❤

This might sound crazy to people but I once had a Cockatiel bird. I loved that bird to death, he followed me everywhere, he would sing when I sang, he would stand on my shoulder everytime, when I came home he was the first to come see me and go bananas. We had a special bond I can't explain. One night he seemed to be aggravated for some reason as I left the house, I calmed him down a little bit before leaving. When I went to bring him out of his cage the next morning he was laying dead. I still get emotional when I reminisce of him, sometimes when I open the door I can still hear him. A few years later I brought a puppy Jack Russell to live with us. Not long before bringing him in I noticed he does everything so similar to my bird, just the way he acts and follows me around, I see it. Call me crazy, but I really do believe my beloved Bird came back in my Dog's form...
