ОтветитьOnce i heard a meteorite hitting the roof of my grandfather's shed. I was infront of it and i hard like small peball hitting the roof. I looked up and there was no bird , no nothing near it. Also there are no trees. There was nothing that could be the source of the falling object except the space above it :)
Ответитьdid a meteorite hit him?where is he 2 months now?
ОтветитьHe got 2 smol meteorites, but I got none.
😟
At 100 km away: wow a giant fucking meteor

ОтветитьWhen are we gonna see more factory tour videos! show us some american factories!
ОтветитьI'm the first to complete 1000 comments on this video, by the way I watched this and got about 7 microscopic meteorites. Thanks for your help. Keep going bro. 😀😀😀
Ответить1K comments!!
ОтветитьYou're awesome mate! Been watching since the iPhone upgrade days.😄✌
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьWhat microscope is that?
ОтветитьHorton Hears A Who!! That's so much work for a speck.
ОтветитьCool technique! I visited Meteor Crater in Arizona several years ago. The guide explains that most of the meteorite was liquified by the heat of the fall and impact, and sprayed out of the crater along with the huge masses of stone and earth. So standing on the rim, you can run a magnet along the ground and pick up lots of small bits of meteor material. It's an amazing place, if you ever get the chance to visit. About three quarters of a mile diameter.
ОтветитьWell done! Nice to find good information on you tube. Very informative!
ОтветитьLet me help, here is what you do. Take a huge donut magnet and tie it to a rope and place it at the deep end of the downspout on the roof and bypass the sweeping. Then ta daaaaaa.
ОтветитьAs soon as the iPhone comes with a scanning electron microscope I'll be all geared up!
ОтветитьScotty, how are you my friend? Long time no see! I wish you all best! I pray for your win! Please post some vid, that you are okay 👍
ОтветитьI have 100s of magnetic rocks on my property, most are pyroclastic and breccias, is this normal
ОтветитьMy Collection Carbonate Meteorites Rocks , How can i get specific information they travel Far a way to reach the Earth 🌍 I am interested for the book machine the Meteorites
Ответитьwow, what is the model od that SEM???
ОтветитьAre you alive?
ОтветитьYou can even see a piece of gold
Ответитьlol that meteorite isolated from other bits of rocks is so cute🤣
ОтветитьI lived for 15 years in Medellin, we had a duplex apartment on the 4th and 5th floor and I always found them on our roof terrace. We moved back to the Netherlands in 2020 so I don't have access anymore. I wish I had collected them..
ОтветитьPleas do more of micrmetrites videos
ОтветитьHow strong of a impact does a a meteorite size of a baseball do?
Ответитьyour microscope must be powerful, my question is, what kind of microscope would be the simpliest that can detect a micrometeorite? (what amplifying power should be)
ОтветитьIf you sweep your roof you will sweep roof particles ...Staple a white sheet on roof then buy glue spray or buy glue then brush it on sheet then see what lands on sheet ...no wind will blow what ever falls from sky ...works better on tall buildings 2 3 story homes away from trees
ОтветитьAre micrometeorites sold anywhere?
Ответитьim camped at Bisti NM meteorite hunting - there is a strewn field crosses the park - haven't found any meteorites yet
ОтветитьWhere did you buy the SEM?
ОтветитьHELLOO METEOROİT FRENS...İ EM OLSO METEOROİTEN FEN...LOOCMY METEORORİTEN EN COMENT..MY CANEL..

I think the flow lines were pretty convincing before you scanned them.
I have a couple of Jon Larson's books. They are very interesting reads with excellent photography.
I do have a couple micro-meteorites but they aren't much to look at without a Microscope !! They do fit in well with my Meteorite Collection though which btw is almost entirely from the Meteorite Man himself, Geoff Notkin's store called Aerolite Meteorites.
If you want genuine meteorites, you are best to buy them from a renowned meteorite hunter.
i got some special pieces in different sizes directly from the impact site ...i want to sell them to someone appreciates the beauty of an outer space materials...if you're interested please comment and i will send you the details
ОтветитьI jse this magnet on wheels from lowes its a 2 inch wide by 4 foot long squar tube with a magnet that goes all the way across it and its on wheels and you can jusst drag pull or push it by hand and walk with it and it picks up anything magnetic and since i have access to many roof tops cause of my job lile building roof tops ill bring it along and jsut push it around when im done working to pick up any dropped screws hardware ect and also hope it picks up a meteorite and k have 12 so far in the 2 years doing it and have sent them all off to be graded and my biggest one is worth 1500 dollars cause its a good size one and i saw it pocked it up it stuck to magnet and couldnt believe it could be that big of a meteorite i found on a roof top. You should look into the roller magnet would make it easier to find them on a roof and no need to sweep with broom. But yes i have a bunch of really tiny ones that are the same size as the one you found and need microscope to really look at them and they are in a vial with liquid to perserve them like same gold flake tubes that gold hunters pit thier tiny gold flakes in. Its alpt of fun hunting them in creeks as well when looking for shark teeth and megalodon teeth which i jave two i found in creeks
ОтветитьOne day at home I heard a sprinkling of fine metallic pings on my roof , I got the ladder and found in the gutter tiny brown magnetic grains like sugar size !
ОтветитьVery nice
