Can we get a review of the new crosstrek please? 😊
ОтветитьIt’s Classic Calf Poo Yellow
ОтветитьI don't have one but I'd love to have one. Test drove the 2.0iS - loved it. Love the looks. Test drove the 2023 crosstek. Prefer the XV (hands down) for looks, torque and the display - I'm not a fan of the (oversized) display. Full stop. Prefer the Subaru XV over the CX's ... zippier, better feedback ... CX5 too softy although a great car overall.
ОтветитьI have a Subaru 2021 XV premium, I absolutely love it
Ответить'Available colours' is a valuable piece of information to include. Thanks
ОтветитьHi guys just got 2017 XV. What is your view on cvt? There is a lot of hate out there.
ОтветитьSubarus are absolutely amazing. Owned 3... loved all 3 of them :) 👍🏼
What they could do better: More power and perhaps ditch the CVT (regular torque converter gearbox would do the job even better)
Brushed plastic feature 🤣
ОтветитьHave owned 3 Subaru cars. Currently own a Outback 6 cylinder super happy with it. Been happy with ever Subaru I have owned
Ответитьlove paint i like red to
ОтветитьGreat review Paul. I prefer these jacked up hatchbacks and wagons to an suv. 99% of suv buyers would never take their car true off road so cars like this is perfect for most people. I also like the colour. I'm over the silver and grey
ОтветитьDamn My family just loves Subaru...its just perfect We have the Outback for Mom, Forrester For Dad and XV for Junior....
ОтветитьMy first Subaru was a 2012 XV (diesel, 6MT). After a long and passionate relation I changed to a 2018 XV. I use it for work, sport, leasure, quite a lot off road - just because that is the kind of place I live. Snow, mud, dust, sand, gravel, motorway - same good. All my other cars used to be like tools for me, Subaru was the first that I actually started to develop feelings to.
ОтветитьBaby shit yellow
ОтветитьLove my Forester (2011) hate the dealers. There was a airbag error light that came on and i brought it to them 3 different times. They wanted to charge me THOUSANDS claiming it was a seat-belt pre-tensioner. They claimed they would have to get a new driver seat because of that. Long story short, I got a recall notice because of the TAKATA airbag recall. They held out until it became COMPULSORY in Australia and lied their asses off meanwhile. Love the Vehicle, hate the dealers; they don't "do the right thing".
Ответить🦀🦀🦀🦀
Ответитьits a raised impreza with a smaller boot size.
ОтветитьI have been a driver for 35 years and all of them with European car but somehow I decided to change to Japanese and the only thing that attracted my was the all time AWD. Dealership experience not to mention everything after the purchase has been extremely disappointing. I am already thinking about trading my 2022 (only 3+ months into purchasing it) with another European car. Japanese dealerships unlike European ones here in US have a notorious reputation of selling their cars to you and moving on with their lives and that is a turn off at least for me.
ОтветитьI saw a Crosstrek in Plasma Yellow yesterday. The color is even more hideous in person. Looks like oak pollen washing down the gutters.
ОтветитьWhat do you guys think about used Subaru xv 2013? Still very pricey 😥
ОтветитьI bought top of range silver XV 2020. My hate for the drive train is beyond comprehension. Many years ago I had Renault 18 GTS which was a tuned 1.8 naturally aspirated engine. It would run rings around the XV. Apart from lack of power it revs its head off making me feel like I’m thrashing it when I know I’m not. The gear ratios are terrible under a little bit of gas, meaning because it has no power it’s geared to rev higher to compensate giving the feeling of thrashing the engine. Yuk! I thought the seats could be more comfortable, but apart from all of the above the tech is great with touch screen and all the bells and whistles to go with it. I am going to turbo charge the engine up to about a 100 ponies or more. Otherwise all good
ОтветитьI have a 2016 outback 3.6r and it’s perfect everything you need but the infotainment system’s built in maps need updating alot
ОтветитьHi Paul. I'm torn between Kia Seltos and the XV. Gimme a tip, mate. Love driving dynamics and stuff. Any other considerations appreciated. TIA
ОтветитьI have a 2004 Subaru Forester I love it...its reliable. However, I would love to get a Subaru Outback...starting from the 2017 model to the current one.
Ответитьyes colours is important
ОтветитьThat’s the Subaru Crosstrek with a 2.5 naturally aspirated 182 hp engine here in the USA
Ответитьit is in usa a 2.5 why dont we get it its the xv s 2.5
ОтветитьWhat’s wrong with the hybrid?
ОтветитьThinking to upgrade my old indestructible and practical forester with XV. My only concern is performance of CVT gearbox specially when driving long distance. did anyone come across any issues regarding CVT ?
ОтветитьThe boot is too small!!!
ОтветитьSubaru are impossible to contact if one has a problem ,web addresses you never get answers, Subaru Australia never answers or return calls
ОтветитьI truly love my 2020 Forester and 2017 Crosstrek.
ОтветитьBought my Subaru Brat in 1985, last forever if you do oil changes. (Head mechanic told me this). Subaru's have never been known for power but I still want the crosstreck, yes I'm keeping my Brat
ОтветитьHave a Crosstrek Outdoor (Canada) with the 2.5 and it's a great little car.
ОтветитьLove it !
ОтветитьI own a Subaru Impreza 2015 2.0is, I’m generally happy with mostly everything, AWD, fuel efficiency interior etc. the only thing I dislike about my car is the CVT I wish they added dual clutch auto in the future but that seems highly unlikely. So I decided to order a 2022 Hyundai i30 sedan n premium this year, front wheel drive? Yes. I can live with that, just not CVT.
ОтветитьColour feature was a welcome surprise, keep it. Great presentation and review, my new go to channel for vehicle reviews
ОтветитьIf you can afford to get a Subaru Outback, definitely buy the Outback. The XV is nowhere near as good and I guess cheaper for a reason. The Outback was much quieter on the road, more comfortable and I found the XV has a lot of road noise. The XV is a good quality car, but it's nowhere near as good as an Outback. Spend the extra money and get an Outback. You won't regret it.
ОтветитьMy Aunty has this car and she’s got 9.6 L / 100km so if you just use It for highway use it will use less fuel
ОтветитьAm I the first person to notice that Paul’s boots are the exact colour of the ground?
ОтветитьNo sunglasses holder. Control stalks are totally hidden by the steering wheel. Boxer engine is harsh under acceleration (which is OK) when compared to in line fours. No power tail gate available. Back seat room is great. But no air vents and USB sockets for backseat passengers.
ОтветитьPlasma Gold ?
ОтветитьI have an Impreza…..love it! Would buy any Subaru. Previously I had an XT Forester to pull a caravan . Never missed a beat either. Subaru all the way for me !
ОтветитьNo turbo = no point
ОтветитьWhat’s the best affordable SUV that’s acceptable for taking on dirt roads, camping etc?
Ответитьthat is very nice color. It's clearly pistachio.
Ответитьgreat little car, ive built mine up for overlanding and its been perfect for city 9 to 5 and the odd camping trip!. spent 30 days living out of the car offgrid and loved it! goes offroad better than i thought aswell!
Ответитьi wish it has powertailgate
ОтветитьThe boot is way too small and no usb port in the back is just unbelievable
Ответить
