I've been cheering you on for a while now, since you were well below 1K subs, and now you're over 2K! Maybe not MrBeast numbers, but you're progressing. I enjoyed today's offering even if I don't personally have much nostalgia for the Spectrum.

I dont remember this game at all...i do remember Gary Linekars Superstar Soccer though. Same sort of graphics, mind you. I asked for a zx spectrum for christmas after playing that riund my mates 🙈.
By the way, is it just me or does the goalie look like Bobby Robson 🤣🙈

I remember being so into this game but never got to play it that much. It was part of this 90m tape that had a bunch of games i was trying out. I found this game, checked it out and was like "Oh! This is my thing!".
Played it extensively for just a day or so. Until the next day i was going to play the tape again, and i pressed rec for a split second and erased part of the tape which causes the game not to load anymore... I was so sad.
I used to love this game and would play it for hours! Happy trip down memory lane. Never played number 2.
I do seem to remember seeing my name in the footballer of the year section. Can't remember if i ever won though.
Thank you for reminding me of the many hours I spent on this game. First thing I thought of when I saw this was the vidiprinter. I would often play this on a Saturday afternoon while Grandstand was on.
