I know the Gospel says that Moses and Elijah talked with the Lord about His Passion, but I doubt very much that they TOLD Him, almost commanding Him about it, as portrayed here. I'm sure that, realizing who they were talking to, it was more of a beseeching tone, asking Him to help them comprehend the mystery which perplexed even the angels.
