Well, I just made this. It is fantastic. Gochujang, where have you been all my life. I've had several of these fermented pepper pastes, but I think I like this one the best. This is an outstanding, crowd-pleasing recipe.
Ответитьyum...this dish caused a new subscription 😉
ОтветитьI always admire your tolerance for Chili heat. I can use about 1/2 of the gochugang, have to sub aleppo pepper for the gochugaru.
ОтветитьLooks so delicious! Definitely going to try this! 🥰
Ответитьlove Korean food so I had all the ingredients on hand. so good!
ОтветитьWe made this one, but it’s super spicy- and we like spice in our food pretty spicy. We found that adding a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter mellowed the spice and rounded it out more
ОтветитьLol how do you feel about green peppers? New to the channel
ОтветитьMine didn’t turn out so well 😢
Even though I only substituted with rice vinegar
😢
Wow wow wow! This was amazing! I added a few drops of lime juice at the end which lightened it a bit, but honestly, one of the best noodle dishes I've ever had ♥️ we are meat eaters but we are trying to reduce our meat intake as a family, so finding your channel has been amazing! I've also made your chickpea curry, all round winner chefskiss thank you 🙏
ОтветитьTitle and thumbnail looks like a knock off of pickup limes
ОтветитьI made this delish food 2 days in a row. It was exactly as you described.❤
ОтветитьGreat sauce recipe! Thanks!
ОтветитьOoooo lovely! 😊
Ответить😂😂 That hand smack tho!!😂😂
ОтветитьThis looks delicious, I'll make this tomorrow... but I'm not a fan of sesame oil....should I make this? I'm not a fan of cilantro but when I make your red lentil curry it's the more the marrier 😂
ОтветитьThis looks so delicious! I can’t wait to try it! 😋
Btw where did you get that dress?!? It’s beautiful 😍
This looks really good!
ОтветитьThis comes out freaking spicy for me, I used the other brand of sauce that was visible in your vid but not used, could it be spicier?
ОтветитьI am nursing and my baby can't handle my milk when I eat spice....it's killing me. This looks SO good but untouchable for now. I am drooling!
ОтветитьI think it's great that you are sharing this Korean style cuisine with others. It's cool to see you cook delicious meals with your dietary restrictions. I am not sure how it taste but from here it looks really good.
ОтветитьI have used another noodle the sane amount as these noodles, and was bad idea. I think we have to make the same think what she say. Now i have to make one more time the sauce causr it was to much noodles
Ответитьordered for mom. she said you couldn't ask for any better!
ОтветитьChicken and bacon would make this authentic Korean recipe so 💣
Ответитьlooks okish!
ОтветитьJust made these tonight - so so yummy. And easy!
ОтветитьBasically it's toppogi but with udon. I think I would prefer that version.
ОтветитьI just made this recipe. HOLY CRAP!!!! It is so good.
ОтветитьVery Good. I definitely have baby mouth
Ответитьdo you reckon these will be freezer friendly? im not sure how noodles will hold up in the "freeze-mircrowave-defrost" part. thanks :>
ОтветитьCiao, i'm not a vegan, but living as a vegetarian, so many thanks for your wonderful Videos and many greetings from Brunswick in Germany 🙂
ОтветитьTrader Joe’s does have their own gochujang paste btw, not just the sauce.
Ответитьvegan kimchi makes a great addition as well
ОтветитьOmg 😶 had to remake it with only 1.5 tablespoons of gochujang sauce, couldn't take the spice from 3 tbs! Delicious though 😋
ОтветитьIm curious to know the difference between mirin and rice vinegar
ОтветитьMade this yesterday and really turned out well. Thank you! Would be great if you can suggest other dishes that we could make with the same ingredients. I bought a giant tub of gochujang and there is lots left over. Same for the rest.
ОтветитьMy teenager just recently turned me on to gochujang and oh my God I want it on all the things 😂
ОтветитьI made this, I used 1 regular onion in place of the scallions, and I might have had the aromatics on a little long, and I put baby bok choys, long story short, I'm making it again.
ОтветитьI don’t like spicy food, what could I substitute the gochujang with?
ОтветитьThis recipe is very mouth watering and yummmmmy🎉🎉❤🎉❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьJust 30 minutes it's too much for me 😶🌫️
ОтветитьHi, I'd like to suggest everybody try taking K2 (or eat natto).
Ответитьfaces on your thumbnails are *** .
ОтветитьJust ate these noodle leftovers straight from the fridge. Very good cold as well
ОтветитьWhen I read this title I thought it was one super long noodle…
ОтветитьWe have KP International Market here in the Sacramento, CA area (Rancho Cordova). There's one in Oakland too. They have gochujang paste and gochugaru flakes. They have everything. When I don't have mirin, I've usually use sherry in its place. Is that not good?
Ответить🤤
ОтветитьMy god was this hot! I used one spoon of gochujang instead of 3 and def no chilli flakes, and it still burned my mouth. Guess I'm not built to enjoy this kind of food. Otherwise, very good and tasty! Wish there was a "mild" version for us not-so-brave boys
