Great vid of a rebuild. Never watched a full rebuild video before. Pretty cool to see. Your attention to detail is 👌🏼
ОтветитьAwesome work, easy to watch along and loved how you described your processes even down to how you made mistakes along the way without editing it out
ОтветитьWhat would a build like this cost from you
ОтветитьLove the video , currently working on a crf250 rebuild. How much did you spend on repairing the head ?
ОтветитьAwesome man I got a 2016 with a blown motor if you are able to talk
Ответитьman, you know your shit around these bikes! As an experienced mechanic, which motocross bike would you say has lowest running costs and best reliability in long term perspective?
ОтветитьJust learned a lot i appreciate that, my 05 crf250x supermoto locked up last spring but last night i got it unlocked tore into it timing was good valves where lil tight though maybe the flywheel or stator was broken an thats why it locked up drained the oil it looked good pulled the oil filter its was loaded with bronze now i know it was crank failure
ОтветитьOne of my favourite vids much more experienced thanks
ОтветитьCan you list what tools I would need to do this ?
ОтветитьNot sure hitting bearings in when the case isnt on a solid surface is best idea. U prob know better than me but with my luck that case would split.
ОтветитьIf I sent u my 2007 motor would u run through it and check it out have a issue with it pouring oil out my breather tube until there is no more oil left in the motor if so how much
ОтветитьWhere are you located? I might have to send my bike to you if anything happens to it!
ОтветитьJust made the same mistake of putting the guide in upside down, got the cam in and everything but couldn’t get the valve cover on. Time to tear it back down😭
ОтветитьCool man. I’m tearing my 06 apart. Lower end is locked up. Guess I gotta take the whole motor off. Worse Honda I ever owned. Ugh.
Ответитьfor you, my friend, your video is very nice, I want to ask you, I have a crf 450 r 2008, the manufacturer says to change the piston and springs every 15 hours, I don't use it as a racer, and I've owned it twice and you can see the piston that it never has the thickness on the bottom side is 95.86 what should I do, change it ?
ОтветитьGreat job, like it very much. What is E93 ? Sorry, i didn’t heard about it before 😊
ОтветитьGreat video man but why does the bike sound so weird?
ОтветитьWho can rebuild my bike for I got a top and bottom end kit for it I had crank failure
ОтветитьWhat city and state are you located in? I would like to rebuild my 250R as well.
ОтветитьI just got a Kawasaki kx250 f ...it's locked up need your help bro
ОтветитьIve got an 04 crf 250x, how long did you take to rebuild your engine, im going to tear mine apart and do a full rebuild. Never even been inside an engine before
ОтветитьWhere you located?

Ответить😮😮
ОтветитьWhat’s the measurment of your 2x4 case crib? Looks perfect and I want to make one 😂
ОтветитьTell me one good reason for this gear to be plastic.
ОтветитьHow much did millennial charge for the cylinder work?
ОтветитьGood video great detail
Ответитьnice
ОтветитьIf you put new valves in a used head, they won't necessarily wear into the head if you lapp them first.
ОтветитьAlso, I know the average person doesn't have one of those handy valve-keeper clamp tools for installing valves. A good alternative is using the right-size socket, filling it as much as you can with shop paper towel, and using a C clamp to press the parts together. The paper towel will automatically push the keepers together into the hole.
ОтветитьWhat crank did you use?
