Love the Blue Line American Flag grille..... Is there a Canadian one?
ОтветитьTeraflex is garbage, best thing to do is not buy a jeep.
ОтветитьI have a interesting question, I purchased this for a soft top but have a hard top can I still use it? With out the factory tail bar rod?
ОтветитьI have a 2015 jeep wrangler unlimited Oscar mike freedom edition. I don’t ever see any other Oscar mikes around where I live so it’s cool to see you have one
ОтветитьThis seems like a guide for how to spend money on stuff you don't really need.
ОтветитьI would pick you!
ОтветитьSo I guess having inner wheel guards doesn't mean much.. let that mud and dirt or sand and rocks or even tree limbs go where they want in those nice shiny new spaces from a lift...
Just HAVE FUN!!!!
NO!!!!! This thing called mud... it finds every crack and every hole so minimize it with inner guards...
Without guards to compliment the lift.... It would effect the engines capacity of over heating or anything from being coated with real off road debris
Not to mention when over flex happens aka parts wear out or simply a challenging trail or even just a Sundays drive though idk... Get some limiting straps...
If you wanted to add the basics to this.. add this.... Fender flares are awesome.. but you guys left an ACRE of space in between the wheel wells and engine.. Have fun with that on wet days..
"brand new or bone stock"
THE FUCK?
Sorry but uhhh hmmm how do I say this.....
other than....
if its brand new.. its technically bone stock.. unless its a "special order"
it's all about the trim level you buy sure...
but its still from the manufacture so it is still considered "stock"
SO its not about being brand new or bone stock lmfao... its about whether its from the manufacture or if it came with ya know..."aftermarket parts" aka mods..
How did your channel miss this?
The jeep needs a bumper to match .
ОтветитьIs it just me or did she put the shocks upside down?
ОтветитьAwesome, nice presentation 🤠🐕 pretty lady 🌄 Love my super Jeep 🍺👽🐕🐎
ОтветитьWhat was the cost for the lift? Im thinking a few grand maybe 3,000 or a little more than that.
ОтветитьMy first mod was the fell in the painted my Harley-Davidson painted Eugene the Jeep on the tailgate of my new Gladiator
ОтветитьThanks for showing this. Your before lok is identical to mine. your after look is kida what Im looking to achieve
ОтветитьHi there average bids of 5 mods?
ОтветитьCan you explain to me how the box around the cold air intake is allowing the cold air intake to do its job better than a stock cold air intake in a box
ОтветитьIf the JK's completely in good condition, I'd skip the expensive suspension lift, at least for a good while. Fab up some anti-swaybar disconnects for more articulation on the cheap.
Spendy upgrades?
1. Locking storage.
2. Armor, like rockers.
3. Winch and other recovery gear.
4. Rear or 2 lockers.
5. 1"lift poly bodymounts.
6. 33-35" siped mudders on 15x8" rims.
Idk if anyone is still watching this in 2022 but I’m looking for new headlights (led), and was wondering if anyone knew what the ones are that are on the Jeep in the video, since they were never mentioned
Ответить😂🤣 She said "aerodynamics" on a jeep video!
ОтветитьYour links to the wheels / tires might (not sure) be slightly off... the 17x9 rims don't quite work with the linked tires... maybe?
ОтветитьAngry grill is a must
ОтветитьI’m about ready to pull the trigger on these mods – great job Ms. Evasew! I saw this video during the summer of 2019 and viewed again just recently. Although, I have a 2Dr Willys, I will use your examples as they seem to be at a righteous price point. I would add a “Big Break” Power Stop kit to handle the extra weight and get wheel size tuned in to calibrate the speedometer.
ОтветитьSorry but those fenders just look like they don't belong. Especially the rear ones
ОтветитьBy far the best mod video I’ve watched so far.
ОтветитьI don't like the look of the rear fenders
ОтветитьBased on these comments, Jeep people might not be as friendly as they are made out to be. Holy hell. Just enjoy your Jeep and appreciate what others do to theirs. We're not freaking clones.
ОтветитьI would like to see a video of what other components should be considered for replacement when add the lift and larger tires...
Ball joints, steering linkage etc...
If you be already done such a video, a link to it would be appreciated.
Mod’img you JKU.
ОтветитьHello X T

All the bolt heads rusted out in less then a year.
ОтветитьThick thighs save lives 😜
Ответитьthanks, great look and ideas.
ОтветитьThe Teraflex lift kit has one flaw: regular nuts at the top of the shocks. Go buy some matching nylon lock nuts and put those on - you don't want those "tighten until the rubber gasket bulges a little" simple nuts to fall off on a washboard in the middle of Mohave National Preserve (and if it does, drive out to Baker, at the south end of town is a towing/repair shop with a big box of salvaged nuts you can dig through for a little donation to the beer fund.)
Depending on what Jeep model you put those 35s on, you might want to consider the extra $1.5k expense of having the diffs re-geared to at least 4.10. If you put 33s or 35s on a Sahara you will go very sluggish because that one is geared so low that it barely pulls stock wheels, much less something that weighs 80lbs each.
Talking about 80+ lbs wheels: the spare tire carrier isn't designed for that, nor is the gate hinge. If you're not running 37s or 40s go with a hinge and steel carrier replacement (cheaper) or replace the bumper with one that comes with a bumper mounted spare tire (3 times the price but ideal, since it also allows for extra gear to be mounted)
Watch state regulations for the air intake. In i.e. CA a lot of legally elsewhere air intakes are prohibited, so check your state regulations first. A snorkel is probably the better cold air intake anyways (and legal everywhere as far as I know since it doesn't change the air flow, it only changes the air temperature.)
Gasoline / Diesel?
ОтветитьWill these need re gearing?
ОтветитьOn a keep of
Your trying to keep your low end power I would gear the diffs once bigger tires go on. The gears will make a way bigger notice on power and improve mpg more then any intake will
Do. Plus on newer cars and trucks if your doing an intake make sure to also do a programmer so the computer knows how to adjust the air fuel ratio. Instead the computer is freaking out thinking something is wrong with the more air coming in so it’s going to dump more fuel
Into the motor trying to compensate for the more air coming in. Plus most stock air boxes are really efficient and unless your buying a quality true cold air system you may end up
Going backwards in performance by just changing the intake.
Where can I find those stock fenders?
ОтветитьSexy and smart.. true keeper right there!!!
ОтветитьI have geolandar 35s with 2.5 inch super lift shocks. Less of a gap....yours is a fine Jeep nonetheless! 😉
ОтветитьAll the mods look fantastic, but could I have my own Meredith??? I couldn't stop watching her talk lol Moving on, intake, lights, radio and rims are DEF at the top of my personal list.
ОтветитьYou are the truth when it comes to these Jeep’s!!
ОтветитьGET RID OF STOCK DRIVE LINES! ON THE EAST COAST, undercoat to protect from salt. On board air . Extra tow straps and d rings. Bumpers. All 5 of these pluses rocker guards will be necessary early mods that will always add function to any changes you make in the future.
ОтветитьLove all of that except the intake, I think I would go with a snorkel intake, lets face it, you're building to get wet...
ОтветитьEverything is good until those ugly fenders, and aftermarket air intake is usually a wash no more power but much money lost
ОтветитьSUGGESTION: Take all 5 of these EXACT mods, bundle them, sell them at a discount and allow a "Single Click" purchase because I swear on my mother, I'd do it right now as a crazy, AMEX impulse purchase.
Ответить35's, lift, jack mount. Those are my first 3. The next two will be lockers or truetracs and an air compressor. Not a Rubi, so... yeah.
Ответить
