you lost me at "partying on the roots". patronizing
ОтветитьAs a gardener, that is soo cool. I will be researching this more so i can implement this.
ОтветитьThis sounds great, what about people who live in the northern hemisphere were winter and freezing come into effect?
Ответитьfull art :D
ОтветитьWhat is this drawing tool on the board? how does he do it technically? it's impressive
ОтветитьAnyone else feel an oddly sad emotional response to him ERASING ALL THOSE AWESOME DRAWINGS??!!? >=|
ОтветитьI'd love a closer look at the system in India that you briefly showed!
ОтветитьI don't understand the motivation to speak as if suffering from severe brain trauma. This is not an insult. I'm observing a very intentional speech impediment. Can someone explain why he is doing this. It's peculiar, and I'm curious.
ОтветитьAre there classes of waste water that cannot be treated with this method?
ОтветитьCan someone tell me where the video is (watched it before but cant find now) where he shows the india resort that has greywater ponds with koi and bog filters ?
ОтветитьOne minute in and no mention of Malaria ... if you're not anaerobic, then you're breeding mosquitoes ... or guppies ... I think the stupidity here is that it's the bacteria doing all the work ... the plants just look pretty ...
Greywater = Cholera ... so killing off the humans reduces human waste ... interesting idea, let's test this in New York City ... see how fast the population fails ...
About 50 years ago my dad did this for our septic system. He planted alot of plants that are native to our country that grows in the waterways. He had a whole drainage system with these plants that eventual lead to a pond. In the pond there was alot of algae and lilies. And grasses. I remember there used to be fishes but we never ate them. I am going to do this with our new system when we have it installed.
ОтветитьI wanna request to you, subtitle for indonesia please
ОтветитьThanks for very helpful information. People should be doing this everywhere. First taught to do so to have sure success.
ОтветитьI cannot say enough praise about this video. It shines in every aspect. The presentation graphics are stunning. The information is well delivered, comprehensive and enjoyable. It does exactly as it was intended, making the viewer want to go out and build a system...
ОтветитьDoes anyone know of way to clean water for drinking without chemicals? Like an ancient or traditional way I need an expert.
ОтветитьVisually stunning, thank you.
Ответитьsuper awesome! what about in colder climates where things like this may freezeÉ
ОтветитьHow are the pharmaceuticals broken down? Such as birth control, ssri's, and thousands of other medications that are excreted in human waste?
Ответитьhow replace dish washer soap??
ОтветитьI love this video!! You explained so beautifully
ОтветитьThat's not HARVESTING. That's disposal.
ОтветитьWhy should we recycle waste water? The water shortage is a bullshit
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьBasically a miniaturized, closed loop version of what nature does anyway..... I can see the need for this in a densely populated area, but if people have enough room between them, say like if everyone has about 1 mile between each house, you could just let nature do it without all of this work....
A septic tank is always a good idea, just keeping the worst of it underground, but it's doing the same thing. You pull water out of the ground, use it, then put it back in the ground where it gets cleaned and slowly filters down into the aquifer, then you start all over again. Right?
❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьSoil is a remarkably complex system of interdependent elements, including plant roots. It's amazing, and has evolved over millennia. Imitating that cycle and using it effectively only makes sense, and it keeps us in balance with the Earth.
Ответитьdoes it work in winter when plants are low activity surface is frozen ?
ОтветитьSome of the complex problems in the world have the simplest of solutions
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьSuch an awesome lecture / tutorial. Immensely valuable knowledge that more people need to hear about, thank you and continue this great work 🙏🏻
ОтветитьWhat do you means by air gaps?
ОтветитьDoes SOAP hurt the roots of these plants? Dawn for example?
ОтветитьIn winter -18°C , this system how will work?
ОтветитьSubtitrare in limba română?!
ОтветитьNice but naive...
From black water to an anaerobic environment then directly to the plants will kill the plants, you are missing a step, and solids need to be collected from the container you have not mentioned it! Hum.... theory is easy but I'm a farmer family historically since beyond my knowledge of ancestry they were all farmers
When she says “talk dirty to me” 😈
ОтветитьYes I know I'm a fun guy ohh you said fungi thank you for a great video ☦️🇺🇲🇮🇱☦️🇺🇲🇮🇱☦️
ОтветитьBut fish in the tank? 😂
Ответитьyour excrements are not toxic non unvaluable nor grey or WHITEBLACK racist NONSENSE. they are food for fish and organic fertilizer for a week before ferments
ОтветитьEasily said than done. How do we implement it in real life
ОтветитьWaste water from the washing machine
Can you make clean water with urine?
Nice
ОтветитьIn winter when the temperature is -15°C, how c will work? Not will be frozen?
ОтветитьGreat teacher, awesome designer
ОтветитьTout ce qui concourt à la protection de l'environnement est bienvenu

I was listening until you mentioned India sewage system.
ОтветитьMy questions are:
How much maintenance?
And what kind?
Do you have to dig out an entire area or do you just move the drainage area? (Seems like that would kill the plants that needed the water).
With the plant filled-barrel setup do you have to pull everything out and clean debris? How often?
