The ganondorf in windwaker didnt died full of hatred he laughed after defeat and basically broke the chain himself. this is the same Ganondorf that had lost multiple times. And ganondorf does get revived in seasons and ages hes the secret boss you fight after beating both games he gets revived as a mindless beast and its just semantics.

The games after the Wind Waker, the curse is very much still in effect. The curse doesn't specifically apply to just Ganondorf/Ganon, it only says "An incarnation of my hate". In Spirit Tracks, Malladus is litterally referred to as the "demon king". Not to mention if Demise's Curse really was broken we would not see anymore reincarnations of Link and Zelda in those timelines but we do.

If you take the abandoned timeline theory into account, i feel like becoming the hero is as simple as touching the triforce of courage. If oot link just vanished like in the abandoned timeline, then alttp link would become the hero over the course of the games, spawning a new spirit of hero just like ww link.

Really Matpat? This isn't even a theory, the text in the game makes it clear that the hero of Winds is not connected to previous heroes, we know that. King Daphnes if shocked when the hero of winds is recognised as a hero and get to host the triforce of courage, because again, he knows that he doesn't have the spirit of the hero. A pretty weak video.

Wait wait wait wait. When did Theory videos lose their awesome openings? All theory channels seem to have let go of the opening. What a shame it used to be such a staple of Theorist videos. Myabe it doesn't work that well for the algorithm anymore but I think it's a big loss for little more views. If you cannot listen for 15sec opening or have the problem to skip it when you dont want to hear it you should go elsewhere IMO :)

You forgot the part where ganon says that he is eternally bound by the spirit of the goddess (Zelda) and spirit of the hero (link) so if Zelda kills ganondorf he will return If I listened and watched the video correctly, so maybe it could be the job of all of Hyrule to help link and Zelda to bring down ganon once and for all. I dunno that's what I think lol.
