i love yalls love for the pakistani food but we dont really drink saffron lassi. although we do drink mango lassi or the normal one and i dont think someone has eaten karahi with rice.

The only thing which i find wrong in the dishes was saffron, here almost no one uses saffron in any kind of dish so adding Saffron to simplistic lassy messed up the taste.

The first time i learned of Safron as a spice after watching India Masterchef competition and later on ,learned that they love haldi and saffron for their dishes which was quite interesting.

In the end, everything was near perfect 😮

This is not near the food we eat. And that saffron lassi it's eww we never drink this kind of lassi. Karahi with rice I m going to through up.

Where is malai boti? lamb tikka & beef korma? Man what you tasted is good, but it's just a 10% of the cuisine. There are five or six types of biryani only. KPK food is different with like Namkeen Gosht (Rosh), or Shinwari Pulao (Pakistani version of Kabuli Pulao).

Also Saffron doesnt go in Lassi in Pakistan, it's put in Biyrani or Pulao or some other dishes for taste (& smell). I never had any saffron in lassi whenever I visited there.

Suggestion for future videos, get someone from that country to produce the segment. It wont be hard to find someone in the crew and it’ll be more interesting because someone from the country is curating the favourites and explaining the significance or concepts. We do not drink saffron lassi anywhere in pakistan but saffron does have a significance in the culture (esp due to health benefits)

Where is Mutton karahi ???? Where is BBQ ????? I knew you can't make 1000 Authentic pakistani dishes but at least you could choose the top 10 ....... It's an extreme dis service to those who don't know anything about the Pakistani food.......

no Hung’s is on the other side of Iraq and Middle East. And there no desert near there. It is in tall mountains. It’s a valley at very high altitude.
