Seems to be mostly plastic bottles. Put some 10 cent for return to it (deposit) and problem is mostly solved. And some poor can earn some money too.
ОтветитьWell-done
ОтветитьNow we need the Mentality Cleanup Interceptor 🙏🏻
ОтветитьThis is wasted effort if people don’t STOP LITTERING.
ОтветитьHow is the trash recycled?
ОтветитьEcht klasse weiter so❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьWhere do you take the garbage that you clean up?
ОтветитьIf it was really working to capture trash from Guatemala then the United States wouldn't be overrun with millions of blood thirsty Hispanic militants
ОтветитьThis will not end until the country has enforced solid waste management laws, sanitary landfills, and trash collectors that take their loads to a landfill instead of dumping it off a cliff into the river. The people must demand this.
ОтветитьIs Bill gates and other billionaires given money 💴 to help the clean up I BET NOT
ОтветитьWhy not stop people from throwing trash in the river? Or was this staged?
ОтветитьIt is Money to earn.
ОтветитьThis is obviously a very important first step. And I applaud whoever is willing to fund it. But perhaps the next step is to investigate how thousands of tons of plastic are getting into the river in the first place. This is more than just careless hikers, boaters and fishermen dropping an empty bottle from time to time.
ОтветитьNice to see someone addressing the actual problem where it actually exists.
Ответитьso sad
ОтветитьRemember it’s 1st world countries that being blamed for pollution while the actual countries responsible get off scott free.
ОтветитьGreat work but who are the idiots chucking all that in the river, educate those fools
ОтветитьYou people are doing great work...keep it up
ОтветитьDo the locals just throw the trash wherever, no fs given?
ОтветитьIsnt it funny how 7 out of the top ten most contaminated rivers in the world are NOT in western countries and yet we fell the most guilt over polluted rivers.
Ответитьgiven enough time every thing ends up in the sea, everything
ОтветитьFantastic job well done everyone
ОтветитьKeep up the GREAT works!
ОтветитьWe need to just get rid of 3rd world countries. Keep a few people around to make our phones
ОтветитьGoed werk! 🎉 super mooi... Ga zo door! 😊
ОтветитьWouldn't putting large dumpsters in the cities along the river help stop the trash from being dumped into the river? Seems like free garbage service might be a better solution. 🤷♀️
ОтветитьThis is great and everything, but without educating the people, you're just making room for more trash
ОтветитьPeople need to stop polluting it in the first place.👍🙏
Ответитьthanks a lot for this cleaning job, the guatemalans people appreciated your care about this.-
ОтветитьI bought a T-shirt from their website. You can donate there or to the right of this video.
ОтветитьMany thanks and congratulation for this action.
ОтветитьSo ehh where do you guys bring the trucksloads to?
ОтветитьYou are God sent, blessings to all who are working to clean up Mother Earth
ОтветитьIts starts with citizens then big companies .. but lets face it the people don't give a shit they themselves and there goverments created this, and they dont care.... starts with looking in a mirror.
ОтветитьWithout teaching the people who and how to dispose waste, generate awareness and not teaching younger generation in school about environment protection , is probably a failed cause just to raise funds and make money..
Prevention should be the agenda not cure
You are indeed my hero! In this crazy and chaotic world, you are a bright star. A blazing light to follow. I make it my business to leave a place cleaner than I found it and I am buying less and less plastic. Thank you!!!!
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьThe problem didn't just start today. For decades you watch and do nothing about the mistakes of the guilty. Now are you looking for help? Shame on you
ОтветитьThank you, Mr. Slat. You are a model of your generation. Instead of whining and protesting, you're actually producing results! Thank you!!!!
ОтветитьYou deserve a Nobel medal for your effort and determination, well done on all the achievements sofar and I sincerely respect you for your patrionage to humanity.
ОтветитьHow inspiring! Keep up the good work!
ОтветитьWaste of money, time, and energy. Target the source of the trash instead of picking it up AFTER it was dumped.
ОтветитьIf you had a shredding station you could fit more into each truck. I just hate to see some big heavy truck hauling what is probably 50% empty water bottles.
ОтветитьThe outstanding job you are doing , would be nearly perfect teaching to locals do not throw plastic in the river/ waters❤❤
ОтветитьAmazing work!
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьCrazy the amount of trash in that river.
ОтветитьOf corse, we are shipping all of our recyclables to Guatemala, and they dump them in the ocean on the way just like every other country we used
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI DONT UNDERSTAND ONE THING AND ONE THING ONLY.....WHY ISNT anyone teaching people not to throw trash in rivers/oceans and on undesignated areas in the first place. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO TEACH PEOPLE? BASIC MANNERS and WHY Arent we punish them with force for not following?
Ответить
