I thought I was the only one that returned to Wing as an adult and haven’t been able to get through it again. I feel like I remember a lot more action when I was watching it on toonami, now it’s just kind of blah. I wanted to rewatch because I’ve never watched Endless Waltz, and still haven’t because it’s taken me like a year and a half to get through Wing again.

I'll be a fan of the Vertically Gifted Water Fowl until I leave this life but I'm embarrassed to say that young me thought the Sandrock was the worst of all the Gundams of Wing. Taste, like wine, improves with age. Modern me prefers the Sandrock over the rest purely for its lack of gaudy gimmicks. Just tough armor, two swords, a shield and a gun. What more do you need? That's Brad Swaile's Gundam right there! /salute

I think Wing was the gateway drug for a lot of us when it comes to Gunpla, I know it was for me. The show is probably unwatchable now, but I do like to revisit Endless Waltz whenever I want to get into that world again. Btw, that version of Sandrock is my favorite, the cloak, the mauve color, the red crest, such a great design!

I have the MG Sandrock EW and P Bandai MG Sandrock Custom EW (Cloak)... And just last week I got the P Bandai MG Heavyarms EW. I want all the wings but there are so many Kai and P Bandai variations as well. Sigh.

I wish they re-release this Armadillo Unit again just like how they re release the Custom Sandrock rn in PBandai

I'm more fond of the Zion or Zaku models. Is there a MG kit that screams giant bad ass and fyad? The O looks like it's up my alley, but I'm looking for a kit that screams "bigger fyad badass!"

And aren't there Gundams based on the Celestial/Saint Beasts? I thought I saw some pricey Gundams based on Byakko and Suzaku.
