Sherlock Holmes is presented as a man different and even above the average man when it comes to mentality and yet he goes and turns into a pathetic Simp for a woman he met just for a few minutes.A woman who is a terrorist and won't even think twice before causing the death of thousands of innocents.
Just pathetic.

The fact that both of their pupils were dilated at the same moment shows these two loves each other a lot. Irene is playing for the sake of playing and for her life and Sherlock on the other hand knows he will loose her completely if he do what he does and would devastate him for good. Masterpiece!

Now when u see Mycroft at the bg, his expressions of concern for Sherlock, because he knew Sherlock was the emotional one but changed after the incident, and became the psychopath or sociopath we know today, he saw his emotional brother behaving emotionless at the most in front of him to a woman he likes, he saw how much his dear brother changed after that incident...He isn't happy with this behaviour of Sherlock, as he expected Sherlock to outsmart her but not to be so cruel as he behaved and even made her beg....Now after all seasons, we see why Mycroft worried about Sherlock, I also remember the pain in his voice when he said that Sherlock always wanted to be a pirate....Such a poor soul Sherlock, I hope he gets happiness in season 5...I hope and wish...
