My mum loved Michael J Fox and she loved that movie, my dad was often busy so when it was on tv she used to let me stay up late to watch it with her, I think she just wanted the company but I can’t watch it without a deep sense of nostalgia

they poisoned him to keep him filming movies on the back lot. Just juiced him to the gills with drugs to keep the camera rolling. Day and night they forced him to do TV during the day and MOvies at night. Thats why he got parkinsons.

Very overrated actor

I love how he's honest about why he didn't leave Family Ties despite making it as a huge movie star. Yeah he liked the show, the cast etc, but being signed for 6 years and then leaving would likely mean they'd sue him. I've never seen him say that so explicitly anywhere else.

Saying that, he did sign for an additional 7th year of Family Ties with the rest of the cast when he didn't have to.
