5 min of nothing, everyone is a

This is really good 👍🏾 😊 Thanks!!!
ОтветитьHello Sir, I am a doctor Vernerian from Afghanistan, I worked for 5 years with an international animal welfare organization in Afghanistan, it has been two years since i stuck in Pakistan , I humbly beg you to find me an employer in Canada that I go there and work in my field please.
ОтветитьVery insightful! Thank you! I'm subscribing
ОтветитьI have applied for lots of fake jobs, your. Tip is 🎉
ОтветитьNo shit sherlock
ОтветитьThanks very much
ОтветитьI've had success in getting my current job off linkedin and still get requests for interviews today even though I've been off the job market for over 3 years. The thing is I believe you have to research the job postings a little. You should do it comfortably while you're employed so you're not caught off guard. Like look at the job posts, see what's out there, because what I found early on is that a lot of employers would constantly post that they're hiring but they're NOT actually hiring. I'm not sure why they do this and believe it is because they have a high turn over rate so they keep the listing open and interview. With that said, once you identify these posts that are constantly posting, you can safely avoid them and post to real job openings that are looking to hire right now. It also lets you see when new jobs are posted and they're more likely to be actual jobs looking to hire immediately and would contact you asap once you apply. Just remember the job you're at now is probably not permanent so it is vital that you get one step ahead of the game and not being stranded.
ОтветитьThanks!
Ответить❤
ОтветитьThank you very helpful advice!
ОтветитьLinkedin in most cases takes you to the company's website..............
ОтветитьThank You very much
ОтветитьWorse, you ended up applying for a job posted by a 3rd party head hunter whose sole mission is to have a long list of applicants (to pass as referrals to companies). Much worse, data miners/sellers.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьOnce you find yourself unemployed you get in your email from sites like Simply Hired, It's My Career, Get Me Hired. What a joke . Waste of time.
ОтветитьGreat advice. Thanks
Ответить30 year software veteran here. I was on Linkedin from 2011 to 2021 and was "All star" level with 500+ connections, 40+ endorsements in C++, OpenGL and others. They banned me over a comment I made regarding Biden's vaccine mandate (I think, they didn't tell me the exact comment). They demanded a two-sided ID and my groveling to maybe get back on. I never went back. I still get tons of calls about jobs. Linkedin are useless. I don't miss them after 3 years.
ОтветитьVery useful video 😊😊.
ОтветитьThank you very much…you explained it very well.GOD BLESS
ОтветитьThat is superb info Bart. I have experienced this multiple times. This is a whole lot of steps to follow, filling lengthy forms and answering the questions, but then that is a necessary filter that companies apply to verify how serious a candidate is about joining them rather than blindly hitting the Easy Apply button.
ОтветитьThis man's honesty and sincere helpfulness is refreshing. I wish more recruiters and coaches were this way.
I have a fine job, but am nonetheless interested in the topic.
You're saying everything I knew deep inside, but needed someone to validate out loud. Good job
ОтветитьFinal step: Get ignored like when you applied on LinkedIn because 100+ people already applied and applying for jobs online is ineffective.
ОтветитьGreat advice.
ОтветитьThank You!
ОтветитьTry going to a bar at 3 o clock, many bosses go to a drink at that time and sometimes blurb out that they had to fire someone.
ОтветитьYou are absolutely right I will go directly to the company from now on 😊 thanks very much
ОтветитьThe problem with this is that all the job postings are through recruiters and rarely tell you what the real company is for my field. I think the recruiters try pretty hard to not tell you the company, because they don't want you doing this where they wouldn't get the commission.
Ответить2022 business grad with 0 gaps in my resume and I still can't find an entry level job in any business field - marketing, HR, communications, sales, operations. Over 1000 applications since May 2022. I have spent countless hours refining my resume, custom cover letters and networking on LinkedIn and I am struggling so much. Feels hopeless
ОтветитьGreat video. I started watching your videos last year as a beginner before giving stock and crypto market a trial. I was able to make $78,300 in one month with a capital of $22,000 trading with an experience expert who guided me through out my trading.
ОтветитьRun Forrest run!
ОтветитьBe blessed, thank you
ОтветитьThe advice that this man is giving is gold !!! It may be time consuming, it may be labor intensive. Yet if any of us have any expectation of landing a job ( especially a dream job ), I think that it would incumbent upon us to follow his instruction(s). This is no different from how the state employment websites direct applicants when they do postings. So, you know that what he is saying is precise and on point.
ОтветитьIt's also worth mentioning that LinkedIn and Indeed use AI to pick applicants, rather than humans. It looks for certain key words in your applications. You may be well more qualified than one person for a job, but if you don't have one key word that they do, it will automatically throw out your application. I have had an immensely difficult time finding work, even when "every company was desperate for people" a few years ago, and I have a ton of experience and am also a veteran. This video has great advice. Indeed and LinkedIn can be useful tools to find jobs, but shouldn't be your only source to find work.
ОтветитьThanks, valuable Information
ОтветитьOh i get results. Rejection letters for jobs I am qualified and are currently doing!!!!!!!! “We have had so many applications and decided to move forward with more qualified candidates…..’
ОтветитьWhat if the application directs you from LinkedIn to directly the company's website? Wouldnt this be unnecessary in that case?
ОтветитьI just call up several employment agencies in my city and they usually call me back with a job. So it's easy for me to get a job.
I don't use job boards, don't do LinkedIn, don't apply in person at businesses, etc. Employment agencies just find jobs for me.
I've had some success with Indeed, but LinkedIn has been nothing but spam.
ОтветитьWho come your mantal I come
ОтветитьWoW
ОтветитьGreat video Sir. It's very informative 👌 👍. Thank you
ОтветитьThank you.....helps me a lot!!
ОтветитьThis is a lot of work. Applying for jobs on Indeed is as simple as swiping left or right in 2024.
Ответитьsound advice. It take much longer to apply on their website and you run the risk that they company aren't as on top of things as they should be, i.e. old adverts on site. The best thing to do is find a contact name and call the company to enquire. You learn things the hard way but the right way. Good video
ОтветитьAs a Recruitment professional myself, I would rather suggest the job seekers
1. To search for the names of “Recruiters” who have posted these jobs from Linkedin and connect with them to share their CVs.
2. Identify the mutual contacts between them and the “Recruiters” from LI and seek their support to establish a connection or get their contact credentials.
3. Career Pages in the company portals also attract hundreds of CVs and hence it’s better to hear the status directly from the Recruiters.
Yes, in my experience, Indeed and Linkedin (as well as Ziprecruiter) are wastes of time, as a matter of fact, it increases your chances of getting scammed.
ОтветитьThanks the information.
ОтветитьThank you
