12 feet x 6 feet x 18 inches is 108 cubic feet which is equivalent to 0.84375 cord of firewood, so just under a true cord 🤓

Why did you decide to move?

Could I suggest with those stubborn "T" posts that just won't come out (in Australia we call them Star Pickets) try driving them a little deeper, then try to pull them out again.. It helps because it breaks up the soil which is stuck to the post. But in this case it wouldn't have helped..

You have a trailer 6'x12'x2' est., which is 144 sqft. A cord of wood is 4x4x8, or 128 sqft., so you have 1.12 cord of wood (theorectically...).

My guess on the amount of wood is four cords.

Why get rid of the chopped wood... isn't having dried wood a benefit for the next owners since the house is wood heated?

I binge watched going back a year. I got hooked watching you build the coop and hoop for the chickens..so I'm caught up I think..

wouldnt the place be easier to sell complete with runs, gardens and gates? paint buildings and clean up overgrowth.?

Oh I feel you on the hawk part. We didnt have problem for almost 2 yrs. Our chickens were free range until the ravens were devouring our older chicks, 19 out of 34 killed. It was hard because I had to deal with it alone because Hubby were out of town. And they kept coming back and steal our eggs too(our bantam rooster is not really good at protecting the place, LOL). We decided to put the net poultry over. They(4 of them) tried to break the netting, they had no luck. It’s been few months now since it happened but they still keep coming back from time to time.

Hard to leave all that sweat earned garden soil- but, yeah, don't take the weeds.

One or two barrels on a 3 point hitch hookup for behind the tractor can give you good ballast. Either fill them with concrete or fill them when needed with whatever(would make it lighter to haul).

Since you are a cement user, why not make a concrete counter weight for the tractor to use when you don’t have the backhoe attached?

Wish I had thought to salvage what i had put in to my place before selling, the next people tore it all down and it's still sitting in a pile😢
