In this video PGCE student Raaj talks to us about teacher education at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge. Most PGCE students will have some nervous moments when teaching a class for the first time. Raaj is on the PGCE Secondary Maths course, here he shares his memories of when he first taught a class by himself. Raaj remembers fondly how nervous he was and how the students helped him settle in and says he will remember the experience for the rest of his life.
