I didn't get listened to when I recently ...for the first time in my life, had an upper respiratory infection with the exact symptoms of Covid19. NO test was taken at the so called time of containment. I do not believe this government based on my experience recently. I had to take my 94 year old dad to A&E with internal bleeding and pneumonia. I refused to take him home 1 day later because no-one answered my questions. He is now about to be CT scanned because of fluid on his lungs, still no test done for Covid 19. He too had all the symptoms. Thankfully we are both very robust characters. Now he will be told to self isolate. Trash, maybe we should both go around coughing on politicians

We are potentially experiencing the effects of the infancy stage of this new Coronavirus.

The longer we delay total global lockdown, the more millions of people may potentially die within the next 6-12 months.

We currently do not have a vaccine or cure, nor a plan and the ability to deal with the consequences of this potential threat to human life on earth.

Interesting. I hear this in my country and others, we need more this and that, theres not enough room in hospitals.. After all these weeks since the outbreak they still act as if they didnt learn, didnt prepare and had no clue this could/would happen in their countrys? How many epidemics of infectious deseases the world has known so far and still they are acting surprisingly unprepared?? Something doesnt make any sense..

VENTILATORS DO NOT WORK WELL !!! Italian doctors say so and Dr. James Town @ Seatle, Washington @ Harbor View Medical Center say so. Patients who require mechanical ventilation right now it looks like quite a lot of them don't do very well. The ones who are on the ventilator often take quite a long time to get off the ventilator.

In China, they use something called ECMO, which is a type of artificial lung that oxygenate the blood.
