When compared to the UK boy racer groups this community seem pretty decent. I don't agree with their driving on the public roads, however they seem to be a pretty close banded group. Governments around the world should start funding places for these teens and adults alike to drive and have fun. small race tracks ETC. have them pay a monthly fee to cover insurance costs ETC and i am sure the community would do it, it offers a place away from other motorists to have fun in a safe manner. it can be done, but bureaucracy and Karen's stop it happening.
