Literally only the first customer did a good job. It begs the question, why are you selling to a middleman (pawn shop) that also wants to get rid of it, instead of directly to someone that actually wants it.

Why would you sell to a pawn shop, instead of a person who actually wants the item??? It’s not like these customers are all desperate for money.

I know most people think the History Channel went downhill when they started this series.
Personally, I love real history, like battles, the Greek City States, European Middle Ages and the Persian Empire.

But also I love watching these episodes/ fragments from time to time.
They're such great actors, with the Old Man on top of course.

No, really, it's a solid show and whenever they bring in the antiques expert for the item in question, the narration of its history, production and use and subsequent value is all spot on.
I guess you can describe this show as the US version of The Antiques Road Show.

The fault of the History Channel is that they stopped producing other history things like documentaries, specials, etc.
