ОтветитьAt the grand old age of 42 I’m finding some of the exercises tough on my knees, so I swapped the half burpees for full burpees and just did squats instead of squat jumps. It’s made all the difference!
ОтветитьToday is my 6th day of doing these exercises at start it's hard to do 45sec so I am doing 30sec with 15sec rest let's see how this goes on

ОтветитьDamn, I've not worked out for over 1yr. My head is banging. I'm motivated to continue. I didnt finish any of the periods with u, but I know ill catch up by day two or later. Nice 1. My heart is beating faster even after 45 mins of the routine.
ОтветитьI used to do it. Initially it was difficult to get into the routine but once it became i can tell you those used to be the best 10 minutes of my day. It used to fill me up with immense energy, boost my metabolism, uplift my mood and self esteem and develop immense strength. Unfortunately i stopped doing it.
But from today onwards i am starting it again. 🤞🏼
