it seems you spend a lot of money to build your home cinema brothah, how much it cost to you ?
ОтветитьVery nice job!
Ответитьvery cool setup bro? I myself am using a home theater style setup as well. I mostly am using an acoustic audio surround sound with mini subwoofer that is made for pc's but is said you can use it for tv as well. I am also using a quest stereo receiver am/fm which you can't get anymore. The equipment i am using is all analog digital but works really good for thud noises and also works well for some off the effects if I am using DTS or any of the digital platforms with my player. So I like what I have since i am still living with my parents and I know it is hard to play loud late at night when they need there sleep. So I try to start my movies either in the daytime or more of a convenient time so i can still get my home theater mini setup of sound. So I would value this equipment maybe under 400 or 500 dollars at most. I know it goes pretty good with some of my other players that i use too. My tv is plugged into this setup and is not bad too but only if you crank up the level. I had this up to say level 3 or 4 and still sounded pretty good. So with this is mind i can post this sometime but hopefully if it has good sound will see none the less. Thanks again for your awesome setup. Btw I have copies myself of some of your movies that you like too. What would you recommend is the best for thud noises or noises that go across the speakers?
ОтветитьAnd we dont even hear it? That's a bit incomplete.
ОтветитьReally nice setup. Job very well done ENJOY!
ОтветитьYou need another SVS PB-13 ULTRA Subwoofer. Running dual subs will produce a smoother bass response in your room.
Ответить❤️
ОтветитьWould you consider to be paid and work on a similar project?
ОтветитьThat’s pretty cool. I wish I could build a home theater. I have a 100” screen and a few projectors that go up to 200” and a few speakers to make it sound better. So I guess I have everything I need, I just don’t have a room big enough for it. I want a bigger screen but for what I have, it’s nice. If I ever come into some money, I’m adding an addition onto my house so I can build a nice home theater.
ОтветитьWhat is the size of the room?
ОтветитьI still own the VT60..I just cant let it go.
ОтветитьHow much u pay
Ответитьjust wow
ОтветитьMdr Pan un vrai home ciné chez toi
ОтветитьWhat size is your room exactly? I have a 15'8"x11'3, and afraid those SVS are tto big for my room, of course I would eventually want dual, but I like the simplicity of your room. 👍🏼
ОтветитьThat's a beautiful set-up you've got there. Could you tell me the distance you chose to have your seat from the screen?
ОтветитьReally cool ! I love the style ! What size is your room please ?
ОтветитьThat's a clean setup man 👍
Unfortunately I don't have a dedicated theater room so I have to compromise what I want to achieve.
Back in the day I had a 63" Samsung plasma TV, I sold it for a bigger display. I'm currently running a 80" Sharp LCD TV. Also running the Epson Home Cinema 2040 projector.
How I have my setup is I have my motorized 120" projection screen drop down in front of my Sharp TV missing it by 1/2"
As for surround sound, I'm currently running a 7.2 system. The brain behind it is a Pioneer Elite SC-05. It was pretty expensive when I bought it new ($2000). As time gone by I ended up buying an THX certified external amplifier, hooked it up to my Pioneer. It's a night and day difference in sound. It plays louder with more clarity.
My 7.2 speakers are all Polk Audio. Same models as I want the consistency in sound aka "timbre matching"
In the near future I'm thinking of upgrading my display both TV and projector to 4K. As for surround sound, I'll be buying another Pioneer Elite receiver capable of Dolby Atmos, DTS X etc...
For now my visual and sound experience hasn't changed. I'm still enjoying every minute of it. I guess that's the reason why I haven't replaced my current setup to the most current tech.
Alright man again I did enjoyed your video, keep it up man 👍
Great setup. Can I know your room size?
Ответитьwhy don't you go for a bigger screen (ie. 120 and up). nowadays TVs are approaching 90 inches so 100 inch projector screen is not a whole lot bigger than a big TV
ОтветитьHi Pan! Love the set up. For more seating I added a back row and put it on a carpeted stage. Works great. Later.
ОтветитьNice setup.
Ответитьcan you tell me how to make Acoustic panels?
ОтветитьYear Stewart screen wow
ОтветитьFront speakers should have the tweeters in line (horizontal) with the center of the screen or your eyes and ears will perceive different hightes in audio and picture.
ОтветитьYou’re theater looks pretty awesome. The only big recommendation I will make is to put more distance between the rear surrounds so that both speakers are on either side of your head
ОтветитьDang man, your screen is small!!! Almost as big as my 55” tv that I’m watching this video in.....lol jk
ОтветитьI’m kind of surprised you didn’t have an OLED TV instead of the plasma. I went from plasma to the c7 LG 65" OLED and when I started using it I felt like I’d never actually watched a movie outside of the theaters in my life. It was probably the best 3 grand I’ve ever spent in my life lol
Edit: I’ve never messed around with a projector but I know I’ll someday go for it because they are the best of the best according to one of my buddies. Nice setup, I’m really jealous that your’s is finished and mine is still a work in progress.
Those are some nice speakers being trusted to an Onkyo receiver. I would never run 7 speakers off of an Onkyo receiver unless they were crazy efficient and 8 ohm nominal without crazy swings. The one exception are Pioneer SC receivers. I wouldn't hesitate to run 4x 4 ohm surround speakers off of that Pioneer while letting a dedicated amp handle the mains. That Onkyo publishes ratings for 8 ohm loads with 2 channels driven and 1 channel driven for 6 ohms! 1 CHANNEL! and that's .9% THD at 1khz. Jeez, that's way too close to clipping for me. I wouldn't call that receiver 6 ohm compatible. And you have 7 channels. You can deduce from that rating that the receiver will crumble when driving 7 channels. I'd be impressed if it could do 25 watts/ch continuous, 20hz-20khz, @ 8 ohms, 7 channels driven. I understand there is duty cycle. But even then, if you like to turn it up even a bit, you are risking damage to the speakers in the dynamic scenes. There's no such thing as too much power. Too little on the other hand, brings risks of clipping and consequently permanent damage. For maybe $500 more, an Integra DRC-R1 paired to an Outlaw 7000 is a safer option and will sound better when you turn it up.
ОтветитьI am still using plasma in 2018. OLED cannot match Plasma for RGB and has W (white) as an uncontrollable symptom.
But my friends OLED looks amazing and I am now about to go over to the darkside.
He sid wuuferr
ОтветитьWhere do you got the panels on the walls?
ОтветитьNice Sir
Ответитьthis is my dream too.
ОтветитьWhat are the dimensions of the room?
ОтветитьVery nice!
I love your SVS sub.
what's the dimension of your HT room?
Looks really nice, good job! I was a bit surprised to see no bass traps, but maybe it isn't needed in your setup? It would also be informative to mention the size of the room. I am currently finalizing my build plans for my home theater. My dream home theater! I have decided on the Magnat Cinema Ultra speakers in a 7.2.4 setup. The receiver running them will be Denon AVC-X8500HA and as for the projector I will most likely go with the Dell S718QL. The room size is WxLxH: 4,1 x 6,5 x 2,5 meters.
ОтветитьMatt dark gray to me
ОтветитьHow do you afford all this shit?
ОтветитьVery well done! Nice, well thought out equipment list and very nice aesthetics. Presents very well...
ОтветитьRear surrounds look too close together imo
ОтветитьNice setup. Are those walls really Matt black? They do not look black more like a dark gray. Those Lazyboy recliners are discounted when I followed the link. What are your room dimensions?
ОтветитьOverkill for that tiny room.
ОтветитьHow much did it cost
Ответить
