Why Are People Moving to Maryland?

I moved here have no regrets. Western MD is signficantly cheaper than Balimtore and the burbs. Now that I work from home I can have DC pay in a cheap area.

Maryland is split 50/50 with pros & cons. All depends on what you value most. Yes, you can find a beautiful home in the perfect location, but you will more than likely deal with a below avg school system, pay an ungodly mortgage, and have crime statistics that compares to much less desirable areas. It's one of those 'roll the dice & hope for the best' situations.
