Edit: I've added timecodes in the video description, so now you can quickly navigate to the part you want to learn about in Toon Boom Harmony! :)
ОтветитьHow to make characters like motu patlu cartoon videos
ОтветитьThis tutorial is so good that I'm able to learn from it just from watching and not having the program in front of me yet to practice at the same time. 😂❤
ОтветитьThank you so much!
Ответитьbutt hedz normalize the audio to the music , the large sound jump is rotten !!!!!!
Ответитьtks a lot, you are the best on the universe. my congratulation very good video

Ответитьso, so helpful. thank you so much!
ОтветитьHelped a load! Im trying out some more professional apps than FlipaClip (which I normally use) and this tutorial taught me a lot about Toon Boom :) I think Im gonna use it now! Thanks!
ОтветитьAwesome tutorial. Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you for this. I terribly needed this to recover my knowledge in Toon Boom which I would use for my Thesis Project as Animation/Digital Arts Major Student. God bless thank you. Greetings from Philippines!!!
ОтветитьI'm so thankful for this tutorial, watching along and trying each thing covered here. 7 years later and your advice is still solid. I'm using Harmony 17 and you have demystified the whole process for me, these building blocks are invaluable.
ОтветитьThank you so much this is the best tutorial ever يارب تدخل الجنه
ОтветитьThis is how best and bester is made
ОтветитьI recently purchased this programme and I was intimidated by the interface. The tutorials that came with it was just…a mess and not easy to comprehend.Honestly, you simplified this in such a way that it is easy to grasp. Thank you! Oh and subscribed!
ОтветитьGood tutorial, but your pace is very quick.
ОтветитьYou're an amazing teacher man. Thank you for the video!
ОтветитьI can't believe this is the app that SpongeBob and many other cartoons was created on
ОтветитьThank you ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
ОтветитьYou're really nice, i love you❤
ОтветитьI'll be having my assessment tom foe animation, this is very useful thank you <3 huhu
ОтветитьI will say it is quit interesting. A bit different then what i was using in Clip Studio but it's almost about the same.
I will say I probably won't be using the whole keyshaping since i don't mind the individual drawing of the character to make it feel more old school.
granted I get it, people like keyshaping because it's faster, pushings things out faster, etc. But i have no problems doing what I usually do and that's just duplicating a frame and moving parts on my own.
Some wouldn't probably recommend it but it does make me laugh when my affilate animator says "I know I'm cheating using a rig, you're doing it the classic way" lol.
which by what you've shown, you can do things the classic way anyway. You can draw your character do whatever without keyshaping and even move it across the board with the pegging.
which I don't know if I'll use the pegging often.
though I believe I get the ghist. fun part about toon boom, that i've learned, there's a lot of different ways you can use it and go about it.
Granted I'm no fan of the thicker lines so I'll probably be using as thin lines as possible like I did in Clip Studio lol.
And I know I'll still have a lot to learn from it probably seeing how yeah if you color in a character that's cool how you can shade it, but idk about the clothing or different parts like that being all one unit where even I'll say maybe I will be having to color in all the frames (not that I really mind since i've done it before if I have too lol)
but this was quite informative of the program in general.
I guess I'm just old school that way, which some people actually have praised me on being again like my affilate how does use keyshaping and rigging
while I'm like "Nah fam, I got this"
and do it myself lol.
idk why but I like that method better for myself anyway and it helps me learn fluency as well without feeling like I need a rig like I would in blender for my 3D models lol.
I just bought toon boom to hopefully make my creations better and I draw all backgrounds on Clip Studio since I love their brushes and such.
So I'll be using more than one program anyway to use it lol.
I am still a bit intimidated mind you, like most would be. But I think I understand for the most part if I just want to do frame by frame which is what you showed.
again I know people love the whole it's faster this way though, but who said I ever liked doing things in the fast lane lol.
7 years since this has been posted, and it's still the best ToonBoom tutorial, crazy how the program hasn't changed that much either.
Ответитьme: google how to input sound
me after this video: I came for copper and found gold
I am a very first beginner and the lines I draw disappear and it doesn't counted as an action so forward and backward buttons aren't even activated . how can I fix it? pls help
ОтветитьI’m really trying to learn about different softwares so I can drift away from Adobe.
ОтветитьSo did you draw every frame new or did you deform the drawing in every frame?
ОтветитьI feel safe with your voice 🫣❤️ you should also do Boyfriend Asmr vids hahahha
Ответитьthis guy does so much animation he talks like a cartoon
ОтветитьLazer is 10 dollars on Amazon
ОтветитьAwesome video, I learned a lot. Thank you!
ОтветитьIs Toonboom is free or Purchase???
ОтветитьThis is so interesting
Ответитьwhen I press create cycle it creates copies and thus the frames share the same parameters and the movement on the cycle doesn't work without him glitching back and forth every 5 frames, is there something I can do to fix create cycle?
ОтветитьHey
Thanks for the informative vid.
Regarding the Transform Tool, I somehow can't move my character although I added a peg. It always shows me the circled red cross sign...
idk
ОтветитьYou're tutorial is quite inspiring! Is there any computer software that can help convert a 3d sculpture into a line drawing? I have a sculptural character I'd like to convert but not good at drawing. Thanks for any suggestions.
ОтветитьHow was this 7 years ago! ❤
Ответитьgetting invalid name format... damnn...
can anyone say me how to??
Is it stupid the only problem I had with toon boom is getting a background
ОтветитьTKANK YOU
ОтветитьThat moment when photoshop IS a vector-based program ..?
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьThank you very mach bro🙏🙏🙏
ОтветитьI Appreciate for this perfect tutorial. So clear and lovely to learn 😊❤
ОтветитьQuestion: So I created two separate drawings on the same timeline, I can edit the drawing (Great) but if I flip (and reposition) the edited drawing, the original flips (and repositions) as well, I want the original drawing to stop flipping, what can I do? Thanks!
ОтветитьHiya! I'm a new animator and I had a question. When trying to animate my walk cycle, it seems both very choppy and VERY fast compared to yours. I know I'm new at this, so it's to be expected, but do you have any advice for this? I tried extending exposure across all frames, but this just made it almost worse haha
ОтветитьGreat job, thank you so much for this amazing tutorial !
