How to sign into an iTunes account on an iPad or iPhone

AS RIDICULOUS AS THIS IS, APPLE STATES THAT YOU CAN ONLY SIGN INTO YOUR ITUNES ACCOUNT FROM A COMPUTER.

My iPad settings only says ‘App Store’ and when I press that option it doesn’t say ‘sign in’ .

When your iPhone doesn’t have “iTunes and App Store” tab on setting-

Can anyone help me out plzz . I am tring to enter my apple id password to update apps installed on my iPad but it always seems to show an error and i cannot update my apps . I tried the method mentioned in the video but still it show an error whenever i enter my apple id password for itunes . Can anyone plz guide me...?
