ОтветитьI love your information like this, your video
ОтветитьThere is so much clarity and relevance in this conversation.
Ответитьthere goes an hour and a half i wont be getting back, says 5 tips, should take 5 minutes... that was the theory anyways, meanwhile an hour and a half later i learned almost nothing. sometimes i write a ten page comment that takes 2 days to read then i read it and i end up leaving a sentence or two... what im saying is if i have 24 hours and some one takes an hour and a half of that i can do that maybe 10x a day, but if people get the the effing point and move the fk along, i can fit 10 lessons in under an hour... "im getting old here, hurry the fk up!" <---- like sometimes that is the comment but i decided to drone on and on and on for a monent to illustrate the point. shall i go on to a two story from the 80s when people were still allowed to smoke in resturants, naw prolly not :) TY
ОтветитьHas anyone seen my little cousin?

ОтветитьThe guest is so competent communicator plus looks also great
ОтветитьQuestion to Drs.: so, if the top of head feels warm and have a headache, should you put a heat pack on head or an ice pack???

You ladies (Doctors) are both amazing, fascinating and generous, thank you. So I need to redouble my exercise and double protect my sleep schedule. More specific omega 3 guidance, please!

It's encouraging to know that honest research on cognitive brain heath is continuing to grow.😃
I watched the long video, because I am very interested into the subject. I tell you what I learned about improvements, for people who are interested and do not have the time to watch this long video. You can improve your brain health by:
- improving your blood flow. If you have a good condition, you can improve this by improving your VO2MAX. For people that do not exercise much everything will help
- improving your eye-hand coordination. This can be done by juggling or throwing a ball to the wall and catch it (I do not do much of these kinds of exercises, so people who play tennis have to do more difficult exercises to get improvement)
- learning something new, for instance a new language. Doing 100 Sudokus is not as good
- quality social interaction
- regulated stress. This can be done by short cold or warm conditions, not freezing or ice bath, but your body must feel the stress. See at as working with weights, it works best if the weight is just below your maximum. You can start by finishing your shower with colder water and after a while you decrease the temperature
- good sleep, especially the first half of your sleep period. This is a constant struggle for me, because I sleep better when I did not sleep well the night before.
- good nutrition and have a deeper look at creatine and food with antioxidants and omega3.
I did a DNA test and I do not have negative markers for brain diseases. But the video said correctly that your lifestyle is even more important, the effect of just DNA is maybe not so important.
Did you figure out?
Ответить----------------‐----------- intellectual food for thoughtfulness.....my brain is over taxed n underrepresented....thx DrM n guest ....
