I’m starting this for the next 6 weeks
Day 1✅: I did a different ab workout
Day 2✅: I did a different ab workout
Day 3✅:THE BURN BFFR 🔥I use weights on a different workout because it was easy but I stopped mid way through because I couldn’t do it😭
Day4:✅ I’m tired of writing but the burn was there
I recommend adding ankle weights if you want to increase the intensity even more :)

ОтветитьHonestly, after 5 months of abs, legs and arms workouts, this doesn't feel that hard, but not easy either. It's just perfect 😘😘😘

ОтветитьHi guys, I started with her easier sixpack video 1 week ago to create a basis on my belly. The burn while doing the workout on this video loosened up, so I decided to get one step further with this more difficult version, to finally get my abs. Gonna update:
Day1: huge burn ~ still made it
Day 3: Did a 10 minute workout of her
Day 5 : lmaoo now I’m doing her 30 min workout my belly always screams in pain but I’m gonna continue you can definitely see something ❤️🫶🏻Ty for uploading
