To even think about comparing the two is choosing between shitpie and apple pie? Hmmmm which one?

Would you suggest using an above ground pool for use a "gladitorial arena" of sorts for young women's competitive bikini tickle fights and oil wrestling matches.

Thank you for such great information. As a new home owner, I need all this great information. I skipped a house with an underground pool for worrying about electricity hitting the water. I guess I am still traumatized when I got electrocuted in a pool

Will you favour the cordless robotic pool vacuum cleaners over Wanda? I am trying to buy one for my above-ground pool, but the cost factor (anywhere from CAD 700.00 to 2300.00) makes me want to do more research. Meanwhile, I still have to drag the manual vacuum with the hose.

Thank you for this video. We're going tomorrow and purchasing a 15x30x52 Oval pool from H&H. They do the install and everything. The total price is just a little over $5000 which is leaving me alot of room for a wrap around deck.

Thank you, great information. My question is do all the above ground pools have to be chlorine? Can you have a salt water pool with these pools?
I guess you would have to make it yourself? What the benefit or draw backs of each? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Beautiful pool I have an Esther Williams pool I had some idiot put it up I had to complain he did it totally wrong he didn't level it correct and basically it looked like part of the right side was sinking terrible I was so mad he didn't come back and redo the job I told him well that's fine don't come back I'm just going to pull the money out. And he got an attitude I said I don't care at the end of the day I paid you for a job you didn't do it right you didn't cut the skimmer return you didn't even set up the filter and pool pump and on top of that you didn't even tell me that you have to pull out the legs as the pool is filling up with water. On top of that he did it on a day that started raining he didn't cover up his work I had to cover it up so much mess I can't believe this guy considers himself a pool professional but at the end of the day I had to file a complaint hopefully I'll get my money back it's sad it's been about 3 weeks Summers almost over I still don't have a pool or my money back but I believe PayPal will refund me cuz I paid as a service not a family or friend which. If you're ever going to get a pool take my advice even if someone on Craigslist or Amazon or wherever you find somebody if they say they're professional please make sure they have insurance and that they will show you their information. Cuz anybody can say they have insurance but if they don't give you their information to call their insurance company and I'm not going to hire them I learned the hard way hopefully Monday I'll have a friend who knows about pools who will actually redo it for me. But this is a great video lots of information I love the pool looks just like mine oval and super nice I don't know what size it is but mine is a 15 by 24 by 52 in super huge bigger than I thought this one looks nice looks like a 12x24 I could be wrong though

In ground pool cost as 2022. 80-100,000. Above ground...under 20,000. Pool ads no value to a house. Better off Above.

Guy please stop spending money on algaecides if you screw up your pool!!! IT'S NOT NEEDED, I promise you, there's like a 5% use for them!
Liquid chlorine is nice & effective to get available chlorine fast, it DOESN'T last, that's the problem. A powder or granular is more concentrated aka stronger, will last longer. If calcium based, it's going to make your pool cloudy, people don't like that & don't use it because of it. Also, stop buying stuff at Walmart, Home Depot etc. There's a reason it's cheap. Look at concentrations!

When a pool is started it needs to have cyanuric acid added which is can be called "Pool Stabilizer" or "Conditioner" (this allows your chemicals or chlorine to stay in longer & be more effective . The pH/Alk must be adjusted. Chlorine, over chlorinate.
I might also add if importance. Use a phosphate chemical. Phosphate come from plants, trees, shit blown in your pool etc...think of them as food, but not good food. Food for algae. Having this is a life saver. Obviously 3" tabs! Lastly is a clarifier, it just helps clear things up quicker.

That's 4 or 5 things max for starting up and keeping maintenance! Owning a pool can be very expensive I mean very very expensive. I have one and live in a desert. And I worked in a pool shop where sales associates are told to upsell and upsell and upsell and I'm telling you it's b*****

Y’a know, the kind of glass they used for aquariums or windows in the fucking ocean?

Putting your above ground pool next to a deck is basically the only good way to do it. It makes it look nicer and it's much easier to get in and out, you can actually JUMP into the pool like a normal pool etc.
