ОтветитьInteresting and nicely done, but soldering is not soldering, but pasting. Solder needs time to flow. With 'paste' you get bad connections.

Ответить1 this approach needs powerful thyristor for commutating capacitors in moment of welding to avoid sparkles and make welding of better quality.
2 you should pull off stripe by plyers until stripe will rip off from battery. If spots of welding will stay on battery can - then it's quality welding. Otherwise - no.

Процесс этой контактной сварки зависит от её энергии, а уже от ёмкости конденсаторов 50 000 мкф и желательно больше а вот напряжение 20 - 30 вольт иначе себя током стукнет сколько так смогут проработать конденсаторы неизвестно (в режиме короткого замыкание они выходят в режим сверх тока это 200, 300 и больше ампер.
