Interesting that if it’s true Natives have East Asian genes. My family and people just started to integrate into modern day society as our village is isolated in the mountains of Oaxaca Mexico. Because of this long isolation, my people still practice their customs and still speak their Native Language-Spanish and English are foreign. Since living in the USA, often times people mistaken us for being from the Philippines, Japanese, or Polynesian because our eyes are slim and almond liked shaped. This is a very common physical feature amongst our people, so I kind of see why people confuse us for being Asian. My people are Zapotecs so if you go to a museum and look at their artifacts, a lot of them have that eye feature which is amazing because our people have existed for hundreds and thousands of years.

The newest research is this: 18,000 years ago a white race from Siberia made its way to America first and were then exterminated by the people everyone wrongly calls natives who arrived there 12,000 years ago. Even native American legends speak of a white race already inhabiting the continent when they arrived.

I saw a documentary that said when the amerindians first came to North America there were already early humans here which they fought and eliminated in order to populate North America. Would like to hear more about that. First Nations always say they were first but if there was someone here before them that they committed genocide upon, then everyone should know.

I'm from African, Indian (Sikh) and Amerindian (Waraus) descent.
I was born in Venezuela and grew up in Guyana.
In school we were thought about the bering strait.

Clovis points were found in Serpentine (Alaska), New Mexico (America) and El Cayude (Venezuela).

But what's really interesting is, aside from spear points and arrow heads, the Amerindian peoples look a lot like Asians.
There are 9 tribes in Guyana and all of the tribes share a similar physical feature with the different Asians.

You are in my head, because just yesterday I tried to explain this in a comment on TikTok that Native Americans migrated from Siberia crossing the Bering Straits more than 20000kya ago and was told that that theory had been debunked. Also, I said something about them being of recent Siberan but somewhat distant African origin but they deny any African (Ethiopian) origin and say they are not Siberian but they have always been in America I also mentioned Indigineous Australian heritage and Papua New Guinea all of which I read in Science Magazine 2023 edition but they deny all of these claim. SO thanks for letting me know I'm not insane and what I read is accurate info.

"Amerindians" that migrated from Siberia are basically just Asians...if you go to Alaska or Canada and come across the Native Eskimo people, you can easily tell that they are descendants from Asian ancestry...my theory is that most native American tribes in North America come from these "Amerindians" that came from Asia..while the Native people that occupy Mexico,Central and South Americas are more directly linked to the Aztecan/Mayan civilizations of the South...
