ОтветитьYou are a VOICE for people in DIFFICULT situations... Uk❤
ОтветитьMark is the homeless voice. Congress needs to hear him.
Ответитьbeautiful job you two !! Bravo ~
ОтветитьThis was way overdue! People deserve to get to know the man who runs this channel!
Edit: Wait? This is going to be an ongoing series?! I love to hear that!
This interview has really helped me understand why Mark is a powerful voice to advocate for the homeless. Thank you for. So many great videos in which homeless people can tell their story. You are helping to bring about change for the better.
ОтветитьJeeezus Mark! thank you for telling your story......I figured that you must have had an interesting story, but would never have guessed it..... Best of luck for the podcast!
ОтветитьThe fact that people talk crap about this man because he genuinely cares about human beings is really telling of the establishment.
ОтветитьThank you for bringing a platform for the voices of homeless can be heard ❤
ОтветитьI’m sorry but that woman interviewing you sounds so rude and passive aggressive towards your stories and responses 😅
ОтветитьPhenomenal interview! So much wisdom packed in. Just wish we’d gotten to see a photo of Dog…
ОтветитьYou both do really well.
ОтветитьAmazing how homeless people will spend ANY amount of money for drugs while making sure they are spending absolutely ZERO for a home. It would help if someone would pay for their homes. Of course that leaves them without food, so we have to provide 3 meals a day. They don;t have clothes so we must find someone to pay for their clothes. They don;t have health insurance so someone is needed who will pay for their health insurance. they also won't have spending money so.............../ But no matter what you do, no matter how much money you raise, they will ALWAYS have money for drugs.
ОтветитьReally ?
Ответить95 percent of homeless is because of drugs and alcohol....and free handouts that keep them there
ОтветитьI only listened to find out what happened to 'Dog. I'm sure he didn't end well and no one cares what happened to him.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing ❤
ОтветитьI had a 1200 a day habit 300 ain’t shit you kidding me just saying n I’m six years sober
ОтветитьIm proud of you mark, you have come a long way, i know your parents are proud of you, you help the homeless. 😊❤🙏🏼
ОтветитьI was homeless and not a drug addict
ОтветитьHi. Greetings from the state of Maryland Mark! I like your videos and the work you do with the homeless. What was the longest time you were homeless at a time for? Thanks. 👍🏻
ОтветитьMark sure is proud of himself.
ОтветитьWith just one billionaires dissolved assets we could solve homelessness country wide, think about that.
ОтветитьTypical regulations people (how dare you ask for a hypothesis.)........... SMH
ОтветитьInvisible people tells a lot of great stories about the lost neighbors that you thought were doing OK but are not doing OK . The war prisoners of the first gulf war that I saw had better living conditions than some of the people that are homeless in the states.
ОтветитьI've been watching u for a while now and admit...wondered what ur backstory was.... . . may u achieve all ur goals personally and professionally . good work👍 thank u
ОтветитьHey Mark! Thanks for sharing your fascinating backstory. You really are a genuine and compassionate person. Keep up the great work and stay strong!
ОтветитьIt’s a wonder he’s still alive.. his body …
ОтветитьI wonder if you could ever do a podcast talking with Gabor Mate, he worked at the first supervised injection site in Toronto (or Vancouver) and is so well known now ofcourse. That would be a great discussion i think!
ОтветитьI know why the Mexican border is so dangerous. There's so much money to be made by otherwise empoverished people by supplying America's vast drug habit. The consumption of illicit drugs in the US dwarfs any other country on earth. It makes you wonder why so many want to emigrate there. I left for Spain back in the late 90s when times were supposedly good because I couldn't stand the selfish shallowness that LA had become. The 80s were the the best time to be young there.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьMiss you, Mark! Love watching and listening to you! 🇨🇦 ~Vancouver
ОтветитьI was homeless for 30 years living alone in the woods or under a bridge. Yeah, it messed my head up.
I'm almost 70. Not homeless now. Can't seem to pull myself together. Any counselling for people like me coming out of it after decades living like a dog ??? My last camp was under a bridge with a colony of bats. That was interesting ... Bats are smart. A lot smarter than me.
As a homeless person food was optional. I lost a lot of weight. To this day food seems optional. I don't eat much. I don't get hungry anymore. Lucky if i eat once every two or three days then I really don't want to BUT I know I have to too stay alive. I forget to eat. I need help with my diet. It's not healthy how I abuse my body 😎 the food part of my brain has shut down
30 years outside, I was at my end and fading fast.
I get SS old age money nowadays. I hope I don't end up back out on the street again at my age. I need counseling to help me navigate the life I have left. I need a plan. I don't have a plan 😎👀 I've sailed into the uncharted ocean of society. I don't know my way or where I want to go.
the winters were hard. I've gone into hyperthermia from the cold a few times without a coat
Proud of you Mark Horvath!
ОтветитьI from Binghamton NY area myself.
ОтветитьI have a major fear of being homeless also, I enjoy watching this channel because I can see the content is real. Homelessness is one of the most difficult things a human being can ever encounter.
ОтветитьIf the supreme court can stop kissing Trumps ass and rule in favor of homeless people, maybe this horrible crap will stop.
ОтветитьNot all homeless are drug addicts but it sure makes you much more likely to become homeless. Until we solve drug addiction, we'll always have homeless. I'd like to see Mark question each person he's interviewing if they're abusing or using drugs only then can we address the problem.
ОтветитьI have been homeless 3x in my life. The last time, in Recovery. I am also terrified of being homeless again too. I'm almost 60 now and hubby is 70. I would love to solve homelessness too. Thank you for sharing. I have never heard the back story to your advocacy.
ОтветитьGreat video/podcast!
ОтветитьAddicts can spend $9,000 a month on drugs but want to spend NOTHING on housing.
ОтветитьI don't understand the name of the channel, since it's fairly obvious that if the homeless were actually "invisible," the problem of homelessness would evaporate.
