Visualising the desired outcome in detail. Priming your emotions to feel the achievement. Taking necessary steps to get there. Repeat. Reevaluate. Take notes of the progression, to appreciate the progress, and process.

I like this episode. IT is well thought out. I would like to hear one on how to stop masterbating. To what extent? Never experience release from sexual tension? The physiolocal people say that a certain amount of ejaculation is much Heather over time than none at all. Toxins build up in the Male system that need occasional flushing by ejacultion. The health risk in total abstinence is prostate cancer. I am willing to bet any amount of money that you ejaculate from time to time.

How do I build a vision?

I want to own a house in the forest where i can do my own thing but i cant stand being around other people and i need to be around other people to have a job and buy a house. Im 36 years old and live in a rental appartement and my life really sucks, but it sucks less than dealing with people 7 hours a day 5 days a week only to spend the weekend to decompress from all the human interaction. I just cant seem to win.

I never had dreams or a vision, just some preferences and random things I like doing, but a goal in life? I don't seem to have one. Does that make me a freak?
