Brian Jones said in an interview at the time that he loved the 12-string rhythm guitar on this because it 'chimed like a piano'. I can't recall if he said who was playing it though - him or Keith.
ОтветитьI've got my 69th Birthday coming up in April Bruce I'll be knocking this one out on the day mate. Thanks.
ОтветитьWhat a fantastic teacher ! unbelievable, I wish everyone was this exact !!! Thanks Bruce .
ОтветитьEnfin, une tune de mon temps 😊
ОтветитьBrian Jones likely doing the arpeggios in this song, as well as "The Last Time". Old post, I know. Thanx Bruce, enjoy your videos.
ОтветитьDoes the rhythm stay on the G for the entire solo?
ОтветитьIn the intro you miss an in-between riff in the rhythm guitar part.
ОтветитьBruce thanks for all you do. Learned so much from your great lessons!

ОтветитьI like the Fender strap on a Gibson (Epiphone) Les Paul. Thanks for the lesson. Didn't know it was that easy. Of course I'll be playing that on my Ibanez. I think I need to get a reverb pedal for my Crate power block 150 amp.

ОтветитьI don't play but enjoy your lessons as I have grown up with these songs. Similar to hearing them under a microscope.
ОтветитьThanks for this tuto ! Keep rockin’ 🤘🏼
ОтветитьKeith was stuck for what to do for a solo on this tune and it was Pete Townsend that came up with the solo for Keith to use
ОтветитьBetter look for another job tnan be a tutor
ОтветитьMan you nailed that solo! I've always loved that, it's got attitude.
ОтветитьBrilliant Bruce! Thank you very much. 🎸🎶🎶🎶🎵
Ответитьthank you for a great Stones lesson
ОтветитьMan I was hoping you were playing through that little white vox ac4tv. I see it in the background of many of your videos. I've been thinking about buying one. The amp you are using sounds good. My Vox AC10C1 is too loud for me. I can't justify playing it in this little apartment and so I've been thinking of trading mine in for that vox. Recently, I often favor my modelling Vox vt20+ (cause it's quieter) which i've had for years and scoffed at but after finally buying a real amp, it has grown on me. It actually sounds really good on clean. Downgrading to a smaller tube amp just worries me. I don't know if it sounds the same as my AC10. I also noticed a Vox Valvetronix amp in the background in some of the videos. Was that what you normally use in your videos?
Ответитьbeautiful- you nailed it - much thanks
ОтветитьChuck berry influenced chord, johhny b-good...

ОтветитьTune your guitar! Its All Over if you dont.... LOL!
ОтветитьExcellent!
ОтветитьNicely done !
ОтветитьI wish people would call Keith Richards by his right name. Its not Keef, its KEITH. Some may call him Keef, but that IS NOT his name.
ОтветитьNice job again, Bruce. Thanks!
Ответитьwhat a lovely sounding Les Paul
ОтветитьGreat lesson! I remember struggling my way through that tune, as a teen back in the 60's. A classic tune, played on target. Thank You.
