I’m sorry but Pete is so vastly underrated and for that matter so are The Who. They are brilliant and a top 10 band for sure probably top 5

Used to go to Flamingo Soho and Wardor St in 66. This just crowns the jam sessions we used to see. Oh oh oh I could die in my 70s to this.

One of my favorite live albums! I got to see The Who play it in 1973 at MSG NYC. FREAKING awesome concert for less than 10 bucks!

I do like Live At Leeds but IMHO the Isle of Wight 1970 pips it to the post. I heard IoW first so felt a bit of a let down when then first listening to LaL. Obvs one was (originally) a 70’s release so trimmed to fit LP’s and one was a full gig Two Disk remastered 90’s release but yeah. The later re-release of LaL added a lot, but still plumb for IoW everytime :D
