ОтветитьSO amazing. I'm a 49 year old female 144lbs, 5'8". I do HIIT daily with weights intermittently. It's hard for me to work up a full body sweat, so I started to do male routines thinking they would be harder and push me. This is the one! I finally reached a full body sweat, head to toe. On some of the exercises I added in 5kg weights (just holding) to add some weights to my upper body while doing lunges, etc. I feel FANTASTIC. I am building muscle by the day. Feels so good to workout your entire body and really feel it. Thank you so much! If I can do this workout, anyone can!
