Legs are the best place to go when you want to lose weight quick. Its also extremely taxing and requires a lot of work because the muscles are so big.

In this video we are going to do 6 workouts as a circuit to get the most benefits out our training

The exercises includes
1. Squats
2. Squat Pulse
3. Split Squat Left
4. Split Squat Left Pulse
5. Split Squat Right
6. Split Squat Right Pulse

1. Squats
Keeping the knee behind the biggest toe, squat until your thigh is almost parallel to the ground. Keeping your chest up high the whole time, exhale when you come back to the start position. Repeat.

2. Squat Pulse
Holding a low squat, slightly go up and down or just remain in a low squat position keeping your knee behind the biggest toe.

3. Split Squat Left
Lunge one foot forward until your feet are a double shoulder width apart. Lower yourself until your legs for a 90 degree angle in both legs, come back up to the start position and repeat

4. Split Squat Left Pulse
Stay in a low lunge keeping both legs at a 90 degree angle hold that position for 30 seconds

5. Split Squat Right
Lunge one foot forward until your feet are a double shoulder width apart. Lower yourself until your legs for a 90 degree angle in both legs, come back up to the start position and repeat

6. Split Squat Right Pulse
Stay in a low lunge keeping both legs at a 90 degree angle hold that position for 30 seconds

Each workout will last no longer than 30 seconds. I highly recommend you bring a friend and get this party started right. Motivate each other or use me as your fitness coach to help you along the way.

Seems simple enough but this going to a real fat burner. We are going to have 2 sets and the workout will last no longer than 5 minutes.

The goal is to stick with it as long as you can. Its a low impact workout but it's a tough one.

Training your legs have some awesome benefits for your healthier future. It will increase your core stability allow you to be more functional and provide you with better balance. Lets not forget it will also increase your hip flexor flexibility which most people neglect.
